Fried Fish with Teriyaki Sauce | Fried Siakap Fish Recipe
Here's the recipe:
400-500g of Siakap Fish ½ Tsp of Salt 1-2 Tbsp of Tapioca Flour Cooking Oil (Enough for Frying)
To Cook the Sauce: 2 Tbsp of Butter 1 Whole Onion (Cut into Wedges) ½-¾ Cups of Teriyaki Sauce ½-1 Cup of Water ½ Tbsp of Sugar Thickening agent (1 Tbsp of Tapioca Flour+3 Tbsp of Water)
