Ingredients:
- flour 500 gr;
- yeast 8 gr;
- water 260 ml;
- olive oil 30 ml;
- salt 1 tsp;
- sugar 1 tbsp;
- olives, sun-dried tomatoes, spices to taste.

INGREDIENTS
• 250 ml water, lukewarm
• 14 g dry yeast
• 1 tsp sugar
• 350 g all purpose flour or another flour
• 1,5 tsp salt
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• handful sun-dried tomatoes
• handful olives, green or black, pitted and chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yeast, lukewarm water and sugar. Let sit for about 5 minutes. Add the the flour and salt, stir until well combined. Add the oil and knead until the dough is elastic, smooth and shiny. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and olives, knead until incorporated.
2. Place the dough on a lined baking sheet and form with your hands into a round shape. Sprinkle top lightly with flour.
3. Cover and leave to rise for about 45 minutes.
4. Preheat the oven to 225C 437F. Cut a cross into the top of the loaf with a sharp knife.
Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until golden to deep brown.
Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.

Recipe
500g of flour, strong, wheat, nutty or bread flour (or 400g of coconut flour or 450g of almond flour)
25g of Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped finely
120ml of warm water
Mix 7g (2 teaspoons) of yeast sachet into 120ml of warm water to activate yeast and cover for 40 minutes
Put flour into bowl
Mix in 25g of finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
Pour 120ml of yeast water into flour mixture
Mix everything to a bread dough
Put a small amount of flour onto work surface
Knead dough for 2 minutes continuously
Place dough into 2lb (2 pound) bread tin and cover for 40 minutes
Dough should double in size
Bake in oven at 220c or 410f for 30 minutes
Cool, slice and enjoy

Receita de pão simples e fácil
500g de farinha de trigo, nozes ou farinha de pão (ou 400g de farinha de coco ou 450g de farinha de amêndoa)
25g de tomate seco, picado finamente
120 ml de água morna
Misture o fermento em pó para pão (2 colheres de chá) em 120 ml de água morna para ativar o fermento e cubra por 40 minutos
Coloque farinha na tigela
Misture 25g de tomate seco picado
Despeje os 120ml de água com fermento na mistura de farinha
Misture tudo em uma massa de pão
Coloque uma pequena quantidade de farinha na superfície de trabalho
Sove a massa por 2 minutos continuamente
Coloque a massa em forma de pão de 2 libras (2 libras) e cubra por 40 minutos
A massa deve dobrar de tamanho
Asse no forno a 220C ou 410F por 30 minutos
Deixe esfriar, fatie e aproveite
