Fast 15 Minutes Pasta Lunch Meal Menu | Totally Indian Style!
Hooray! Mission accomplished...Dhruv now eats spicier food than me and I love to prepare now international recipes with totally Indian style!
This is one of my favorite lunch meal menu for busy days. Just grab any vegetable such as Brussels Sprouts, Asparagus or Broccoli and quickly prepare the pasta meal. I usually avoid to use microwave but when I absolutely run out of time, I pop tomatoes into the microwave for 5 minutes, blend till smooth puree and quickly prepare the sauce for the pasta and works like a charm!
Try this meal and you will sure love to prepare again and again!

Pasta with mushrooms (champignons) and green beans (French beans, string beans, snap beans, snaps) is a delicious and affordable dish for vegetarians.
Ingredients:
- Green (string) beans - 300g
- Mushrooms (champignons) - 300g
- Onion -1pc.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Hot chili pepper - 1/3 pc.
- Pickled cucumber - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp.
- Soy sauce - 2-3 tbsp.
- Pasta - 300-400g
- Salt to taste
- Water - for cooking
Cooking:
Boil green beans. Finely chop all the ingredients. Fry the mushrooms until liquid evaporates, add green beans and other ingredients and leave to stew. At this time, boil pasta in salted water. Drain the water and add the cooked pasta to the mushrooms and green beans. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Done! Bon Appetit!
