INGREDIENTS:
Pesto:
A bunch of Basil
1/3 cup of Olive Oil
A couple cloves of Garlic
1 oz Grated Parmesan
The Soup:
1 Leek
1 Celery Stalk
A Carrot
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
~4 cloves of Garlic
8 cups of Vegetable Stock
1/2 cup of Pasta
Some Green Beans
1 Zucchini
1 Tomato
1 can of Cannelini Beans
A pinch of Salt

Herbes de Provence Green Beans - vegan, gluten free, whole 30
This simple recipe is vegan, gluten free, and whole 30 approved!
Ingredients:
Oil oil
Green Beans
Lemon
Garlic
Sliced Raw almonds
Herbes de provence seasoning
Salt to taste!
Fresh Rosemary - I forgot to include this step in the video but I added some fresh rosemary before it cooked it :)
The Herbes de Provence seasoning I used is from Trader Joe's. It's made with: Thyme, Marjoram, Savory, Rosemary, Basil, Sage, and Lavender.

If you are looking for a green bean salad french recipe or a French pan fried green beans recipe then check this recipe out. both version bring the best out of those healthy green beans and preparing them is really easy.
Ingredients for 2 people for each side:
(multiply the proportion for more people)
Cold Grean bean salad:
for the dressing:
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
5 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of chopped garlic
2 teaspoons of chopped shallots
for the rest:
200 grams of fresh green beans
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley to decorate
For the pan fried version:
200 grams of fresh green beans
1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
Half an onion finely sliced
1 tablespoon of vinegar
Salt and pepper to season
1 tablespoon of fresh chopped parsley to decorate.
cooking time:
for the beans 20 minutes in water.
then a further 10 minutes in the frying pan.
