Hey Y’all! Welcome back! Today I am so excited to share a delicious easy homemade spinach wrap recipe that you will fall in love with! This recipe is wfpb and full of good ingredients and no oil. I have tried to find an oil free spinach wrap for a while and have been unsuccessful! The ingredients list usually leaves a lot to be desired! Full of additives, preservatives and like I mentioned previously oil.

Recipe
Ingredients:
3- 4.5 cups of flour
½ teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
4 oz of applesauce
5 oz of baby spinach, sauteed
1 cup of water
Directions:
Dry saute the entire box of spinach in a non-stick skillet until it wilts.
Add the wilted spinach and the 1 cup of water to a blender and blend the mixture until all the spinach has liquified.
In a bowl, add 3 cups of flour and the rest of the dry ingredients and mix well.
Add to the dry ingredients the applesauce and spinach mixture.
Mix in a stand mixer until all ingredients are combined well. Add flour to the dough until it is no longer sticky ¼ cup at a time.
Once the dough is no longer sticky and mixed well, turn out onto a lightly floured surface and cut into 8 equal pieces.
Cover with a towel and allow to rest 15 minutes.
Once the dough has rested 15 minutes, roll each out and cook on medium high on a hot non-stick skillet. The wraps will brown in spots as they cook. Once done, use immediately or they will last a few days. I store them on my counter, but you may want to refrigerate. They can be frozen as well. Simply put wax paper between each wrap to keep them from sticking to each other. ENJOY!

Homemade Spinach Tortillas are a delicious and healthy twist on the regular Tortilla recipe. it's vegan and very easy to make. Making homemade tortillas is so much easier than I thought and tastes better than store-bought.
My family is spinach lover. I know I've told you guys this million times. :) We eat spinach at least 4 to 5 times a week. Our favorite spinach recipes are

So with Spinach, this time I made Spinach Tortilla. The tortilla is very similar to Our Indian Roti/chapatti. Spinach Tortillas are a variation of corn tortilla and plain flour tortilla which is widely used in Mexican Cuisine. Tortillas are used for making many Mexican dishes like a quesadilla, Enchilada, Taco pizza, Flautas, Mexican Lasagna and many more.
You could easily make your favorite Mexican dish or wraps if your tortillas are ready. I always keep tortillas ready in advance so I can make many recipes in no time.
Homemade Spinach Tortilla is a healthy version of regular Flour Tortilla. I have made this with All purpose flour and Whole wheat flour, but you may use only whole wheat flour or only All Purpose flour.
You can make these spinach tortillas in advance. Once they have cooled down, wrap them properly in aluminum foil and then place the entire stack in a ziplock. Once you want to eat them, take the tortillas out and warm them in a skillet.
This Homemade Spinach Tortilla stays fresh up to 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator and up to 4 months in the freezer.

Ingredients for the quick spinach wrap (gluten free recipe):
2 1/3 cup Spinach Leaves
3 Eggs
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Instructions for the Gluten Free Spinach Wraps
1. Blend all ingredients together into a batter.
2. Heat a skillet and spray it with cooking oil.
3. Pour enough to cover the bottom of the skillet and cover with the lid. Fry over medium heat 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Use your favorite fillings and enjoy this wonderful Spinach Wrap!
