4 large idaho baking potatoes
baked
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
12 ounces ground turkey
1 medium onion :
diced
1 red or green bell pepper diced
1 garlic clove :
minced
1 tablespoon chili powder
15 ounces red kidney beans -- rinsed and drained
14 1/2 ounces stewed tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons grated low-fat cheddar cheese -- optional
2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream -- optional
1. In large nonstick skillet, over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add ground turkey; cook, stirring to break up large pieces until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. With slotted spoon, remove turkey from skillet; set aside.
2. To skillet, add onion, bell pepper and garlic; cook until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 4 to 5 minutes. Add chili powder; cook, stirring, 1 more minute.
3. Stir in kidney beans, stewed tomatoes, 1/4 cup water and salt. Bring to a boil and reduce heat; simmer until thickened, about 10 to 12 minutes.
4. Halve potatoes lengthwise, cutting almost to the base of the potato. Mash slightly with fork, leaving in skins. Spoon chili mixture over each potato, dividing evenly. Top with cheddar cheese and sour cream.
25 minutes.

Hi My name is Tina, along with my assistant Celya we will show you the easiest way to make chili
beans.
we don't really use measurements for kind of eyeballed it but I will give you the basics of what you need here:
CHILI BEANS
3-40oz. cans of pinto beans(sun valley is often 2 cans for $5.00 at food 4less)
2- 15 oz cans of Red kidney beans
1-28oz. can of stewed tomatoes
5-7 pounds of ground beef
3-pueblano chili's ( can be substituted with 8-sweet peppers or 2- bell peppers.you can add all 3types as well)
1- full white or yellow onion
2-cups fresh chopped spinach
1- heaping spoon of chopped garlic.( or 5- cloves fresh garlic)
3- chicken or beef consomme.
3-. of Italian spices mix
10-spoons of chili powder
3- spoons of cayenne pepper
3- spoons of white Suger.
and 1-cup shedded cheese

Method:
1: Chilli-Infused Tequila
•Roughly chop 6 dried chillies and 3 fresh chillies and add to a jar. (If you want to tone down the spice, only use the dried chilis.)
• Add tequila (keep the bottle).
• Shake to combine ingredients.
TIP: Allow to steep up to 24 hours pending yours pice tolerance.
2: Create
•Add 75ml Mr. Consistent Margarita into shaker.
•Add 15ml Byron Bay Jalapeño Chilli Sauce.
•Add 45ml Tequila.
•Add one crushed dried chilli for a little extra spice
• Add ice and shake vigorously
3: Serve
• Double strain into cocktail glass.
•Garnish with Mr. Consistent dried chilli.
