Do ya like Chicken Fajitas? Do like like wings? Well I've got the perfect combination for you, Fajita Chicken Wings!! Start out with a crazy Fajita Marinade, toss in some wings, let them swim in that goodness for a couple hrs, while that's happening let's throw together a couple dipping sauces, Creamy Salsa & Creamy Avocado Salsa, It don't get any better than this!! Now it's Time to take those wings for a spin on the El Charro & go to town!

•1 1/2 Roma Tomato de-seed
•1/4 sm. onion
•1/4 Jalapeño de-seed
•wack of lime juice
•1/2 handful cilantro
•2-3 tsp my Fajita rub
•3/4- 1c Sour Cream
•salt to taste
????Creamy Avocado Salsa????
•2 Tomatillos
•1/2 Avocado
•juice from 1/2 Lime
•sm. Handful of Cilantro
•1/2 Jalapeño de-seed
•1/4 Green Bell pepper
•1/4 sm.Onion
•1/4c Sour Cream
•1-2 tsp Goya Sazonador total
•kosher salt to taste
????FAJITA SEASONING 2.0????
• 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
• 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
• 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
• 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
• 1 Tbsp Cumin
• 1/2 Tbsp Mexican Oregano
• 1 tsp Fine Sea Salt
• 1/2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
• 1 tsp Chicken Bouillon
• 1 tsp Ground Achiote Powder
• Wack of Jalapeno Powder
• 1 tsp Umami Powder (optional)
????Fajita Marinade????
*1/2 c canola oil
*1/2 c apple cider vinegar
*8oz mexican beer (I used Corona)
* juice from 2 limes 1/4c
*1/4c of my fajita seasoning

Need a simple, vibrant weeknight dinner the whole family will love? Between the juicy chicken, sauteed bell peppers and onions, this chicken fajitas recipe is just as colourful and delicious.
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Fajitas:
- 3 pcs ( 3/4kg ) boneless skinless chicken breast
- salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 large onion, peeled & sliced
- 3 capsicums or bell pepper ( green, red & yellow ), cut into strips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
For the Marinade:
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp spicy paprika
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 sm size lemon or 2 tsp calamansi juice
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- worcestershire sauce, a few drops
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled & crushed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For Serving :
- 8 tortillas wraps
- sliced avocado
- sliced cucumber
- store-bought yogurt dressing
- tabasco hot sauce
- lime or lemon
- tortilla chips & guacamole

????????How to cook
???? Boil @gibspakistan pasta in boiling salted water for 5 to 7 mins, Drain and rinse under cold running water. Mix one tablespoon of oil and set aside
???? Heat oil in a pan,add garlic and fry for a minute,add chicken and fry for 3,4 mins,add capsicum and onions (sliced) fry for 1min then add @gibspakistan spice mix sachet and cook for a minute now add tomato paste 1/2 half cup and cook for 2-3 minutes
???? Now add @gibspakistan boiled spaghetti and mix it well,sprinkle some coriander and TADAAA????????????serve hot ????
