24 lg Mushroom Caps Stems Removed
1 c Finely Chopped Cooked Shrimp
1 tb Cracker Crumbs
1 tb Minced Onion
1 tb Minced Parsley
1 tb Soft Butter
1 ts Minced Tarragon
Salt 1 lg Egg
Buttered Bread Crumbs Mix the shrimp, cracker crumbs, onion,parsley, butter, tarragon, salt and egg together. Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture, sprinkle with buttered crumbs and bake in a 350?F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Shopping List:
12-18 mushrooms depending on size
2 tbsps butter
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
4-8 oz pancetta (or thick cut bacon)
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 onion diced
2 tbs butter
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
olive oil or avocado oil
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes
2-3 tbsps diced parsley
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Remove stems from mushroom caps and use a spoon to hallow them out a bit. Dice mushroom stems, green onion, yellow onion and chop bacon. Fry bacon or pancetta and set aside. Remove 1/2 of the excess grease and add in the veggies. Once the veggies are cooked, add to the cream cheese and pancetta. Mix everything until well incorporated. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps and top with parmesan cheese. Bake 12-15 minutes. Baste with melted butter half way through if desired.

Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
2 lbs baby Bella mushrooms
6 oz shrimps
1 egg
1 garlic clove
3 tbsp heavy cream or half and half
1/2 tsp sriracha sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Sesame seeds for garnish
Cooking instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F.
Remove stems from mushrooms.
Lay the mushroom caps in a single layer cap side up on baking sheet and brush with olive oil and sprinkle salt. Flip mushrooms over to gill side up. Set aside.
Chop stems into small cubes. Place them into the mixing bowl.
Cut shrimp into small pieces and add them to the chopped mushroom stems.
Now add minced garlic, slightly beaten egg, half and half, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper. Mix well all the ingredients together.
Spoon the shrimp mixture into the mushroom caps and sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake for 15 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds.

Ingredients
3 Portobello Mushrooms – Cleaned – gills scrapped off and Top of mushrooms wiped
15 medium sized shrimp ( 4-5 Shrimp for each mushroom )
1 ½ Tbls of Butter / olive oil
2Tbls minced garlic
1 Tbls. freshly chopped parsley
1 Handful of roughly chopped spinach
¾ Cup chopped Brie Cheese – ( white outer layer off – Brie cheese chopped into small square )
Pinch of Salt and Black pepper
*optional ¼ grated parmesan cheese
The more cheese the better!
Directions: Preheat oven to 375 F
1. Melt the butter on medium low on a pan.
2. Add the minced garlic, salute for approximately 1 min ( careful to not let the garlic burn)
3. Add the shrimp- cook until both sides are pink ( over cooked shrimp will curl up )
Add pinch of salt and black pepper
4. Add the parsley
5. Turn of the heat once the shrimp is cooked
6. Brush your Portobello mushrooms all over top sides and inside with the garlic, butter and parsley mixture
7. Stuff your mushroom with shrimp, add some of the chopped spinach, brie cheese, parmesan cheese.
8. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet and put into your oven for approximately 15 min approximately
