1 c Reduced-calorie creamed
-cheese spread 1 tb Onion; minced
1 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Horseradish mustard
1/4 ts Salt
2 tb Parsley; finely chopped
42 Melba rounds
Using a for, in medium mixing bowl thoroughly combine all ingredients except parsley and melba rounds. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour. Transfer salmon mixture to serving platter and form into a mound; using rubber scraper smooth sides and shape into a ball. Sprinkle parsley over surface of ball, pressing to adhere. Light mayonnaise 3Tbsp
1/4 tsp yellow mustard
Kosher salt 1/8 tsp, or more to taste
Creole Seasoning ¼ tsp
Black pepper 1⁄ 8 tsp, or more to taste
Uncooked onion(s)
1⁄4 cup(s), chopped
Egg(s) 1item(s), large
Saltine cracker(s) 8 cracker(s)
Canned salmon 14.75 oz
Yellow cornmeal 1⁄4cup(s)
Instructions
1. Drain salmon and discard any skin and bones. In large bowl, place fish and, using fork, flake into medium-size chunks. Mix in onion, egg, mayo and crumbled crackers. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Press meat firmly into 4 patties, each about 3/4 to 1 inch thick and coat in corn meal. Chill patties for 30 minutes.
2. Using cooking spray, spray your patties on both sides and Cook patties in your air fryer for about 15 minutes. Serving size: 1 patty
Tartar Sauce
2 TBSP on light mayo
1 Tsp Yellow mustard
¼ cup dill pickle
2 TBSP minced onion
Dash of hot sauce
1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
Season to taste
1 TBSP capers
Refrigerate before serving

Salmon Patties, only 2 WW points per serving (blue and purple plan)
Super easy to make, low WW points and so good. This recipe only takes around 15 minutes to make and bake. I've always loved Salmon patties but after losing almost 80 pounds on WW I've stayed away from fried food as much as possible. I made these Salmon patties low in points by using Panko crumbs and instead of frying them I baked them in my air fryer. You can also bake them in the oven.
