크랙이 멋스러운 브라우니 쿠키를 만들었어요~
쫀득한 식감의 진한 초콜릿 맛이 나서 자주 구워 먹는 쿠키랍니다.
견과류 등을 올려 구워도 멋스러운데 저는 피칸과 화이트 초콜릿칩을 올려 구웠어요.
굽는 시간에 따라 식감 차이가 나는데 취향에 맞게 조절해 주시면 좋을 것 같아요.
크랙이 잘 나오게 하려면 팬닝할 때 반죽의 온도가 가장 중요해서 온도만 잘 맞춰 구우신다면 예쁘게 구우실 수 있으실거에요~

▶재료
다크 커버춰 초콜릿(57.9%) 100g
무염버터 45g
달걀 50g
갈색설탕 55g
소금 1g
박력분 40g
코코아파우더 6g
베이킹파우더 1g
베이킹소다 1g
피칸
화이트 초콜릿칩
▶레시피
1. 다크 초콜릿과 버터가 담긴 볼을 약 80도 정도의 물이 담긴 냄비 위에 올려 중탕으로 녹인다.(중탕 후 초콜릿 온도는 약 40도 정도가 좋아요)
2. 초콜릿이 든 볼은 잠시 옆에 두고 달걀(실온 상태)에 황설탕과 소금을 넣고 조밀한 거품이 될 때까지 중속에서 휘핑한다.
3. 휘핑기를 가장 낮은 속도로 맞추고 초콜릿 혼합물을 조금씩 부으며 섞는다.
4. 가루재료(박력분, 코코아 파우더, 베이킹 파우더, 베이킹 소다)를 체에 쳐서 넣고 반죽에 윤기가 나도록 골고루 섞는다.
5. 반죽의 온도가 24~25도 정도가 될 때까지 식힌 뒤 짤주머니에 넣고 오븐팬에 짠다.(팬닝 간격을 넓게)
6. 피칸 조각과 화이트 초콜릿 칩을 올리고 180도의 오븐에서 9~10분 정도 굽는다.

Soft and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
These cookies are the best soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies! They are slightly crispy on the edges and soft and chewy on the inside. This recipe is my all-time favorite cookie recipe, and once you try this recipe, it will also be your favorite recipe.

Equipment I used in this recipe:
MEASURING CUPS:
Makes 14 large cookies or 16-18 medium sized
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (100g) Brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup (50g) White sugar
1/2 cup (115g) Unsalted butter, softened
1 large Egg
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
1½ (190g) All-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 cup (160g) Chocolate chips or less if you prefer
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, beat softened butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Beat until creamy, about 2 minutes.
2. Add egg, vanilla extract and beat until combined, scrape the bottom and sides as needed.
3. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt.
4. Add flour mixture into the butter mixture. 1/2 at the time, mix until combined.
5. Stir in chocolate chips.
6. At this stage if dough is too soft, cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). line two baking trays with parchment paper.
8. Scoop the dough onto a prepared baking sheet, leaving at least 3 inches (7.5 cm) of space between the cookies.
9. Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
10. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until slightly golden around the edges.
11. Allow to cool before serving.

How to make the classic chocolate crinkles.
This recipe yields 12 big crinkles or 24 small crinkles.
Here's what you'll need:
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (60g) (I use Hershey's pure cocoa powder and it measures 20g per 1/4 cup)
1/2 cup brown sugar (95g)
1/2 cup white sugar (95g)
1/4 cup oil (50g)
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour (120g)
1 teaspoon baking powder (5g)
1/2 teaspoon salt (3g)
1/2 cup icing sugar (60 grams)
