Gourmet MASSIVE 5 Oz Chewy Chocolate Chip & Brownie Cookies!
Hi everyone in todays video I will be walking you through the steps to make these amazing, chewy, mouthwatering chocolate chip & brownie cookies! These cookies require you to make two different cookie batters. They truly are massive/ tall weighing in at 5oz each, but you can always make them smaller if you need.
Chocolate Chip Recipe:
1 1/4 cup (157g) all purpose flour
3/4 (96g) cup cake flour
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, COLD & cubed
1 large egg yolk, room temperature
1 large egg, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 (100g) cup LIGHT brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup (50g) white sugar
2 cups (320g) chocolate chips
Brownie Recipe:
1 3/4 cup (238g) all purpose flour
1/4 (25g) cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter
1 cup (160g) half milk and semi- sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs, room temperature
3/4 cup (150g) brown sugar packed, either light or dark
1/4 cup (50 g) white sugar
Start off by making both cookie doughs and place them in the fridge so the dough firms up. After having the last cookie dough placed in the fridge for at least 15 minutes, preheat your oven to 400 ℉ and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Then grab your two doughs from the fridge and salt rolling into 1.25 oz cookie balls. Once done with all your cookie dough, place 4 or less/ more balls of dough together! Bake in the oven for 10-11 mins. Allowing the cookies to cool on cookie sheet for 10-15 mins before placing on cooling rack. Then grab a cup of milk and crack open your cookie and dive into the deliciousness!
I hope you enjoyed watching and try out this recipe combination!! If you do, let me know how they turned out and what recipes you want to see next?
