SUPER EASY SHRIMP CURRY
Hi everyone , I hope all is well and Thanks for being here again.
If you are new here - WELCOME , I hope you enjoy today's Super Easy Shrimp Curry Recipe.
I am hoping you get more Recipe ideas and inspirations from watching this recipe and from browsing around my other cooking videos.
CURRY POWDER is a mixture of turmeric, chilli powder, ground coriander, ground cumin, ground ginger and pepper, and can be bought in mild, medium or hot strengths. Depending on your tolerance of heat, you can adjust the amount of spices that is already in the curry powder to enhance the flavors and suit your preferences.
Ingredients:
400g shrimps, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp curry powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tp salt
2 red thai chilli, chopped
1 shallot, chopped
3 cloves garlic , chopped
2 tbsp ginger, minced
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1 cup coconut milk
handful fresh parsley
2 tbsp vegetable oil or coconut oil
Saute' the Curry powder for a quick 15-30 seconds to bring out and enhance all the spice flavors before you throw in your shrimp.
I highly recommend the brand Aroy-D (not sponsored) for the coconut milk, it is better than any other coconut brands in the market from my experience. If you have access to fresh coconut milk , even better!! Enjoy!
