Chicken Drumsticks Recipe

Ingredients:
250 gram Chicken mince,
1 tsp Green chilies (chopped),
1 tsp ginger Garlic (chopped),
1 tbsp Chili Sauce,
1 Large Onion (chopped),
1 tbsp Vinegar,
1 tbsp Soy Sauce,
½ tsp Salt,
½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes,
½ tsp Cumin (roasted & crushed),
½ tsp Coriander Seeds (roasted & crushed),
½ tsp Achar Gosht Masala (optional),
2 tbsp Corn Flour,
4 tbsp all Purpose Flour,
½ Egg
Ice cream sticks (dipped in water)
Oil for frying.
Method:
- In a mixing bowl add chicken mince, Onion, dry spices, soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, ginger garlic paste & chopped green chilies, Flour & Corn Flour.
- Mix these all.
- Now beat the egg & add ½ egg in it.
- Mix it now.
- Put this in freezer for half an hour.
- Get wet your hand with water, put the chicken mixture on the stick & shape it.
- Heat up the oil & fry these drum sticks.
- Fry them on medium to low flame so they are cooked well from inside.
- If fried on high flame, they will be brown from outside but raw from inside.
- Flip often.

I turned the traditional Chicken Shawarma sandwich into a Samosa! I made the samosa better!
المكونات:
ملعقة كبيرة زبادي (15 جرام)
ملعقة كبيرة مايونيز (15 جرام)
ملعقة صغيرة من الثوم المبشور (10 جرام)
ملعقة كبيرة خل (15 مل)
ملعقة كبيرة عصير ليمون (15 مل)
ثلاث ملاعق كبيرة زيت زيتون (45 مل)
نصف ملعقة صغيرة كل من: الملح، والكمون، والكزبرة، والبابريكا، وبودرة البصل، وبودرة الثوم
ربع ملعقة صغيرة كل من: الفلفل الأسود، والكركم، والقرفة، والقرنفل، والأوريجانو
400 جرام من صدور الدجاج، مقطعة إلى قطع صغيرة
التعليمات:
تخلط جميع المكونات في وعاء، بما في ذلك الدجاج.
يُطهى الدجاج المتبل في مقلاة ساخنة مع قليل من الزيت النباتي، ثم يُقلب بعد أن يحمر من الأسفل. توضع جانبا لتبرد.
اخلطي ربع كوب دقيق مع ربع كوب ماء لإغلاق أطراف السمبوسة.
يُضاف البصل المفروم، والمخللات المقطعة، والطماطم المقطعة منزوعة البذور، والبقدونس المفروم إلى الدجاج المطبوخ.
نقطع خبز التورتيلا إلى نصفين، ونشكل كل نصف على شكل قمع، ونغلق الأطراف بخليط الدقيق والماء.
اختياري: أضف القليل من صلصة الثوم إلى القمع
املائة بخليط شاورما الدجاج، وأغلق الجزء العلوي، وأحكم إغلاقه.
اقلي السمبوسة بالزيت النباتي، أو استخدمي المقلاة الهوائية، أو اخبزيها في الفرن حتى تصبح ذهبية اللون.
يقدم مع صلصة الثوم للتغميس.

Ingredients:
One tbsp yogurt (15g)
One tbsp mayonnaise (15g)
One tsp grated garlic (10g)
One tbsp vinegar (15ml)
One tbsp lemon juice (15ml)
Three tbsp olive oil (45ml)
Half a tsp each of salt, cumin, coriander, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder
One fourth of a tsp each of black pepper, turmeric, cinnamon, cloves, and oregano
400g chicken breast, cut into small pieces
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, including the chicken.
Cook marinated chicken in a hot pan with a bit of vegetable oil, turning it once browned on the bottom. Set aside to cool.
Mix one fourth of a cup flour with one fourth of a cup water for sealing samosa ends.
Add chopped onion, diced pickles, diced tomato without seeds, and chopped parsley to the cooked chicken.
Cut a tortilla bread in half, shape each half into a cone, seal ends with flour-water batter.
Optional: Add a bit of garlic sauce to the cone.
Fill the cone with the chicken shawarma mixture, close the top, and seal.
Fry samosas in vegetable oil, use an Air Fryer, or bake in the oven until golden.
Serve with garlic sauce for dipping.
