Pumpkin Pie Cremoso y Facil/Tarta De Calabaza

Medida: Para un molde de 9
Nota: Si tu molde es un poco mas profundo como el mio necesitaras
1 y 1/2 Receta Informacion debajo de los Ingredientes.
Precalienta horno a 425 F. o 220 C.
Pasado 15 minutos baja temperatura a 350 F. o 180C.
Tiempo:
1 Receta: 40 min
1 y 1/2 receta 1 hora
Haz la prueba del chuchillo que salga limpio cada estufa puede variar.
INGREDIENTES:
1 lata de (15 oz) de pure de pumpkin o 2 tazas
1 huevo grande
3 yemas de huevo
1 lata de leche condensada (14oz)
1cucharita de extracto de vainilla
1 cucharita de canela en polvo
1 cucharita de pumpkin spice
1/2 cucharita de sal
1 borde para tartas/Pie Crust

NOTA:
Si no tienes el pumpkin spice reemplazalo por:
1/8 cucharadita de ginger en polvo (opcional)
1/2 cucharita de clavo molido
1/2 cucharita de nuez moscada.
La receta es para un molde de 9 pero si usas un molde mas amplio
como el mio con 2 de profundidad
usa 1/2 receta extra. Debe quedar hasta arriba
ya que no es una mezcla que crezca
te dejare la medida de 1/2 receta aqui abajo:
1 taza de pure de pumpkin
2 huevos
1/2 lata de leche condensada
1/2 cucharita de extracto de vainilla
1/2 cucharita de canela en polvo
1/2 cucharita de pumpkin spice
1/4 de cucharita de sal
Usa si no tienes el pumpkin spice la opcion de especies por mitad.

Homemade Pumpkin Purée, Pumpkin Seed Recipes

I use the smaller pumpkins called Sugar Pie Pumpkins. A 3 lb pumpkin will produce the around 25 oz & 1 cup of seeds
Pumpkin Purée
Cut the top off, half the pumpkin & scoop out seeds & stringy portions. Lightly cover with EVOO & bake 200C/400F for 45 minutes. Then remove skin & place pulp in a blender or processor. If the pulp is too wet, allow to sit in sieve or cheesecloth for a few.
Keeps 1 week in fridge or 6 months in freezer. I freeze in 1 or 2 cup portions using @soupercubes
Pumpkin Seeds
1. Pick out any large pumpkin chunks, allow to soak in water for 5 minutes & remove floating seeds & any more pulp
2. Place seeds in a small pan & add 1 Tbsp salt, 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil then lower to simmer for 15 minutes. Lay out on a towel & dry off. (No difference in flavor or texture if you dry overnight except baking time)
Toss in desired seasoning or simply 1 tbsp of butter & EVOO & 1 tbsp of salt (pepper)
Preheat oven to 150C/300F & lay seeds out on a pan lined with parchment paper, 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until they are golden brown. They will be chewy at first but will crisp up after cooling
Storage
In a airtight container in the pantry up to 3 months
Pumpkin Seed Seasonings, per 1 cup
Pumpkin Spice
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tsp Coconut oil, melted
1-2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp pumpkin spice (ground; cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, allspice)
½ tsp salt
Ranch
Toss with 1 tbsp of butter & EVOO, then mix in 2 tbsp of dry ranch dressing packet
Pizza
1 tbsp EVOO
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
½ tsp dried basil, oregano, salt
¼ garlic powder
