INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes of your choice (approx. 1 potato per serving as a side dish)
1/2 onion chopped
canola oil for coating
1 packet dry Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
METHOD:
Peel & chop up potatoes & onion. Coat w/ oil using your hands. Add packet of Ranch seasoning & stir well. Lay on baking sheet lined in foil & sprayed w/ cooking spray. Bake in pre-heated 400 degree oven for 35 minutes. Serve & enjoy :)

〈Original Ranch Roasted Potatoes Recipe〉
What You'll Need:
✓ 2 lbs small red potatoes, quartered
✓ 1/4 cup vegetable oil
✓ 2 tsp Hidden Valley Original Ranch Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker
Directions:
⁃ Preheat oven to 450F
⁃ Place potatoes in a gallon-size zipper bag and add oil; seal bag. Toss to coat.
⁃ Add seasoning mix and toss again until coated. Bake in ungreased baking sheet for 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are brown and crisp.

Easy Weeknight Meatballs & Zesty Potato Wedges
Classic meat and potatoes just got an upgrade thanks to the zesty addition of Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning. For a weeknight dish you can whip up in no time, make it a Ranch Night with these flavor-packed mozzarella-stuffed meatballs, hot and crispy potato wedges, and tangy roasted carrots — and don't forget the side of ranch for dunking, too!

Ingredients:
Roasted Ranch Carrots and Potatoes
Ingredients:
1 pounds carrots, cut into strips or baby carrots
1 lb russet potatoes, cut into wedges
1/4 cup, plus 2 TBSP canola oil, divided
4 TBSP Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning, divided
Ranch dressing for dipping
Mozzarella Stuffed Ranch Meatballs
Ingredients:
2 TBSP olive oil
1/2 an onion, minced
1 pound ground beef
1 egg, beaten
3 TBSP hidden valley ranch seasoning
½ cup unseasoned bread crumbs
3 mozzarella sticks, each cut into 7 pieces
Ranch dressing for dipping
Steps:
1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
2. In a large bowl whisk 1/4 cup of canola oil and 2 TBSP ranch seasoning.
3. Add the potatoes and toss to coat.
4. Place potatoes on one side of a parchment lined sheet tray and put them into the oven, set a timer for 15 minutes.
5. Add the remaining oil and remaining ranch seasoning to the bowl and whisk.
6. Add the carrots to the bowl and toss to coat, set aside.
7. Heat a medium size skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil and the onions.
8. Saute until soft, about 5-7 minutes, set aside.
9. In a large bowl mix the ground beef, egg, ranch seasoning bread crumbs, and sautéed onion.
10. Use a 1 ½ oz scoop to Form ground beef mixture into balls and stuff with a piece of mozzarella.
11. Place on a parchment lined sheet tray.
12. When the timer for the potatoes goes off, take the potatoes out of the. Add the carrots to the other half of the sheet tray with the potatoes and place them back in the oven with the meatballs for an additional 20 minutes.
