Savory Oyster Crackers -- Lynn's Recipes
Lynn demonstrates how to make a simple savory oyster cracker that you can snack on or use in soups.
1 (12 ounce) bag or box of oyster crackers
½ package of ranch dressing or dip mix
1 teaspoon dill weed
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ cup Canola oil or vegetable oil
Mix crackers and dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour the oil over and stir thoroughly until well coated. Put in a plastic bag or airtight container to store. These are better after they sit for a couple of hours.

Ranch Fire Crackers
Move over bland. No plain crackers here. We're serving up crunchy, zesty bursts of flavor with Hidden Valley Ranch's Ranch Fire Crackers. All you need are five ingredients to transform these crackers from drab to fab and dip ready.
〈Ranch Fire Crackers Recipe〉
What You'll Need:
✓ 1 ½ cups olive oil
✓ 4 tbsp Hidden Valley Original Ranch Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker
✓ 3 tablespoons red pepper flakes
✓ 1 teaspoon black pepper
✓ 1 pound saltine crackers
Directions:
⁃ Pour the olive oil, seasoning mix, red and black peppers into a gallon-size Glad® Zipper bag. Seal the bag and thoroughly mix the ingredients together until well blended.
⁃ Place all of the crackers into the bag, re-seal, and gently turn the bag over several times to coat the crackers with the spice mixture. Be sure to coat as thoroughly as possible.
⁃ Let the bag sit at room temperature overnight.
⁃ When ready to bake, preheat oven to 250°F. Lay the crackers on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, to seal in the spices and dry slightly. Store in an airtight container.

Oyster Cracker Munch
Recipe:
A few years ago during the holidays, Richard and I spent an afternoon with his friends Andrea & Travis. Travis brought out these oyster crackers that were tossed in oil, seasoned up and then baked. They were almost like a crouton but far more addicting and snack-able. I knew I had to make my own version and call it Oyster Cracker Munch.
This is the PERFECT thing to eat on its own, top on salads or soups or to mix with nuts, chocolate or whatever else for the ultimate bar snack. Even better - it's the perfect gift when placed in a tin or mason jar to give to others and it couldn't be cheaper or easier to make either using your Instant Pot air fryer lid or your oven.
