Chili sin carne la slowcooker
Unul dintre preparatele cele mai apreciate de noi in sezonul rece este Chili sin carne la slowcooker. Foarte usor de facut, comod și fără bătăi de cap! De obicei servesc chili cu lipii și avocado. Dar se întâmplă uneori să nu am avocado copt în casă, așa că e bine și doar cu felii de roșie proaspătă, sau chiar numai pătrunjel tocat. Original ar fi coriandrul, dar mie nu-mi place absolut deloc, așa că l-am înlocuit cu neaoșul pătrunjel.
Evident că acest chili se poate pregăti și clasic, pe aragaz sau pe plită. Dar eu, de când am achiziționat slowcookerul, prefer varianta aceasta. Mâncarea se gătește singurică, fără să mă învârt eu pe lângă ea.

We use 3 different types of chilies: Thai chili paste (nam prik pao), roasted chili flakes, and fresh chilies, plus Thai basil to tie it all together.
