????
There’s a secret to making the most refreshing summertime orzo pasta salad! My secret ingredient is freshly squeezed orange juice. The orange juice gives this salad the lightest most refreshing taste with a hint of sweetness. I encourage you to also add orange zest if you want more citrus in this dish.
This salad has crunch from the veggies, creaminess from the feta, and zest from the orange juice. It is the perfect summer dish.
Whenever I serve this salad on the table I get bombarded with questions on how to make it. Now that you know my secret, please give it a try this summer when you’re hosting or bring it along if you’re being hosted. I promise, this salad will be first to disappear from the table. This recipe is the perfect side for meal-prep and you can make it ahead of time.

Video transcript:
Hi, Kristy in the Rada Kitchen, today I'm sharing a recipe for Asian Pasta Salad. It was submitted by one of our employees here at Rada Mfg., and it's less than 10 minutes to prepare and a really delicious salad. You can add chicken to it and make it a main meal, also.
So what I have here is 6 ounces of linguini pasta. And I've cooked it according to the package directions. I rinsed it, then I rinsed it again in cold water and let it drain really well. So while that's cooking, you can prepare the vegetables. You'll need about 3 cups of broccoli. I'm going to take the Super Parer, it has this nice, little, pointy end, because we just want to cut the flourettes off. You easily slice throught those stems and then you'll need two carrots that you've peeled. That Rada peeler works really good for that. Now with my Super Parer I'm going to cut these at a diagonal.
Then you'll need 4 green onions. You're just going to slice these. I'm going to put a little bit of the greens in there for some color. Then you'll need 12 cherry tomatoes. Now, these I'm going to switch my knife to our best-selling Tomato Slicer. One swipe and you'll have those cut in half.
Now we're going to add this to our cooked and cooled linguini. We're just going to toss that. I'm going to use these Rada spoons. And now we're going to make our sauce. You need a small container that seals well. This is just an old picante jar that I saved. And to that we're going to add a fourth cup of soy sauce. 2 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds. All you do is preheat your oven to 350 and toast them for about 10 minutes. They get nice and brown like that. And then 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. 2 tablespoons of sesame oil. A tablespoon of lemon juice. If you want a little kick in it you put about a fourth teaspoon of hot sauce or to your liking.
And then seal that really good and you just shake it until it's all really well blended. One final ingredient is one clove of garlic that you've mined. And how you do that is you take that French Chef knife and smash the clove and chop it real fine like that. And one more shake. And it's ready to pour over our Asian Pasta Salad. Just gently toss and it's ready to serve.
I'm going to serve this tasty Asian Pasta Salad with some crab rangoons, I have another video on how to make those. Enjoy!
