How To make Olive Oil and Fennel Bread Sticks
3/4 c Warm water
3/4 c Warm beer
1 pt Dry yeast
3/4 c Olive oil( good quality! )
1 tb Fennel seeds
1 1/2 ts Salt
4 1/2 c Flour( approx )
Glaze: 1 Egg
1 tb Water
I love the taste of fennel and extra virgin olive oil. Dissolve yeast in warm water and warm beer for 10 minutes or until very foamy. Add olive oil, salt and fennel seeds. Mix in 3 1/2 cups flour and knead until smooth and elastic adding more flour as needed to prevent stickiness.Place dough in oiled bowl, cover and let rise double. Punch down dough and divide into 12 balls and divide each ball into 4 pieces. Roll each
piece into a long rope and place on greased baking sheets at least 1 inch apart. Brush with egg glaze.Bake immediately, 350 until golden about 30 minutes. Note: I also like to sprinkle on rosemary, anise or other seeds on the dough.Plus I make my bread sticks larger by dividing the 12 balls of dough in 2 or 3 pieces instead of 4. And I also like to brush on extra virgin olive oil instead of the egg wash over the breadsticks prior to baking them.then you have to turn them over during baking and brush more oil on them to brown the other side. I like the taste good olive oil gives! -----

Ingredients:
2 handfuls cashews, soaked in boiling water for 15 mins
2 handfuls spinach/chard leaves
3-4 dill fronds
1-2 large fennel fronds
1 clove of garlic
1 spring onion
juice and zest from half a lemon
a good glug of extra virgin olive oil
2tbs nutritional yeast
1-2 cups cold water
salt and pepper
To decorate:
extra virgin olive oil
violas
marigold petals
fennel fronds
homemade or shop bought nut crumb/dukkah
Method:
- Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blitz to create a smooth pale green sauce, adding water as necessary
- Taste and adjust seasoning and sharpness so its flavour is balanced and moreish
- Pour into a pretty bowl and decorate with the flowers, crumbs and a drizzle of olive oil
- Serve with seasonal crudités, bread sticks or use as a sauce to dress salads, grains or pasta

Ingredients:-
650g self raising flour
1 cup sunflower oil or replace with olive oil
1 cup flavoured aniseed water
2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp Aniseed
1 tbsp Nigella seeds
1 tbsp Fennell seeds
For brushing:-
2 tbsp Dates moulases future with 1 tsp water
Sprinkle Mixed seeds of 1 1/2 sesame seeds, 1 tbsp Nigella seeds, 1/2 tbsp Fennell seeds

Ingredients:
Warm water 2 Teaspoons
Salt 1/2 Teaspoons
Sugar 1/2 Teaspoons
Dry yeast 1/2 Teaspoons
All purpose flour 1/2 Cup
Butter/olive oil 1 Teaspoons
Garlic 2 Teaspoons
Pizza seasoning(Parmesan cheese, herbs, paprika powder) 2 Tablespoons
Directions:
1. Take warm water and salt in a bowl.
2. Now add sugar, dry yeast and mix it well.
3. Now add all purpose flour, butter and mix it nicely.
4. Rest it for 1 hr, after 1 hr it becomes double in size.
5. Take chopped or crushed garlic and butter in a bowl and mix it.
6. Take small portion of dough and roll it with a rolling pin.
7. Fold it into half and transfer in a baking tray.
8. Apply garlic and butter mixture on it.
9. Sprinkle the pizza seasoning(Parmesan cheese, herbs, paprika powder) on it.
10. Now with a knife give some gashes on it and bake this at 180 degree centigrade for 15 min.
11. After baking cut into pieces and serve hot with Mayonnaise or cheese.
