Mushroom Fried Rice Recipe:
Oil - 3 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp Ginger (finely chopped) - 1 tsp Shallots (chopped) - 5 nos Carrot (finely chopped) - 1no Beans (finely chopped) - 4 nos Mushroom (diced) - 200gm Basmati Rice (cooked) - 200gm Soy Sauce - 2 tsp Salt - ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder - ¼ tsp Msg - ¼ tsp Spring Onion (chopped) - For garnish
Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat Oil in a wok, add ginger, garlic, shallots and saute for a few seconds
2. Add the carrot and beans. Toss them on a high flame for a few seconds.
3. Add the diced mushroom, toss it. If it lets out water, cook it till all the water evaporates.
4. Add the cooked rice. Toss it till all ingredients combine evenly.
5. Add the salt, Pepper, Soy Sauce, and msg. Toss and mix well.
6. Transfer it to a bowl. Garnish it with spring onions. Serve it hot.
Cooking Tips:
1. Normal rice can be used instead of Basmati Rice.

1. Heat a wok on a medium high heat and add the vegetable oil 2. Add the sliced onion and sliced mushrooms stirring occasionally and cook for around 5 mins until the onions turn translucent and soften 3. Add the mix powder, salt and methi and stir for 1 min 4. Add the cooked basmati rice stir so that all the rice is coated in the spices. Cook for another 5 mins until all the rice is piping hot. 5. Add the coriander and stir through then serve
