How To make Maple Walnut Cookies 2
3/4 c Butter flavor crisco
1 1/4 c Light brown sugar; firm pack
1 Egg
1/3 c Milk
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Maple flavoring
3 c Quick cook oats
1 c Flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1 c Walnuts; coarsely chopped
Frosting: 1 cn Vanilla cake frosting
Maple flavoring to taste 30 Walnut halves
Heat oven to 375~. Grease baking sheets with butter-flavor Crisco. Combine Crisco, light brown sugar, egg, milk, vanilla and maple flavoring in a large bowl. Beat at medium spped of electric mixer until well blended. Combine oats, flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix into creamed mixture at low speed just until blended. Stir in nuts. Drop by rounded tbls of dough 2" apart on prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove to kitchen counter. Frost top with frosting mixture and garnish with a walnut half. FROSTING: Mix vanilla frosting with maple flavoring to your desired taste. -----

MAPLE AND WALNUT COOKIES
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup light brown sugar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1¾ cups refined flour
¼ cup cornstarch
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
Method
1. Cream butter till light, add sugar and cream till fluffy.
2. Add maple syrup and beat till mixed well.
3. Sieve in refined flour and cornstarch together in the butter mix. Fold with a spatula.
4. Add finely chopped walnuts and fold again.
5. Shape into round cookies and bake at 180˚C for 12-15 minutes.
6. Serve.

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. maple Extract
1 cup sour cream
1 & 3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 & 1/2 cup coarsly chopped walnuts
ICING:
1/2 cup butter
2 tsp maple extract
2 cups powdered sugar

Makes 25-30 cookies
INGREDIENTS
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup sugar
1 egg
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF/180ºC.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, sugar, and egg.
3. Scoop out a spoonful of dough and roll it into a ball. Place the cookie balls onto a nonstick baking sheet.
4. For extra decoration and to make them cook more evenly, flatten the cookie balls by pressing a fork down on top of them, then press it down again at a 90º angle to make a criss-cross pattern.
5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the bottom of the cookies are golden brown.
6. Remove from baking sheet and cool.

Maple Walnut Cookies
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Vegan Butter, melted
1/3 cup Coconut Flour
2/3 cup Brown Rice Flour
1/3 cup Walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Non-Dairy Milk
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients until well combined. Set aside and let rest for at least 5 minutes.
Scoop cookies by rounded Tablespoonful onto a cookie sheet. Flatten each cookie. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. Let cool before transferring cookies. Enjoy!!

No other cookie or treat beats Chocolate Chip Cookies. They're gooey on the inside but crunchy on the outside, pretty irresistible if you ask me!
Honeysuckle’s Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe (makes 8):
Melt and carefully brown 8 tbsp high-quality butter, I used Kerrygold brand
In a large bowl mix:
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt (kosher)
1/2 tsp baking soda
Then once it’s a ribbon-like consistency, add:
1 1/3 cups AP flour
1 cup large chocolate chips
Mix well, scoop into round dough balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with finishing salt if desired. Chill 10 minutes if you’d like and bake for 10-12 minutes at 350º F.
Cool and serve

chocolate chips: 175g
also for the oven: 170-180 degrees Celsius
edit: I made them with those measurements today and they turned out amazing, they're really delicious! I put them at 180degrees celsius for 11 minutes it was enough!
