1 3/4 C. flour 2 Tsp. baking powder 1 egg 1 Dash salt 1 C. milk Dressing: 1 C. sugar 1 Tbsp. butter 2 Tbsp. flour 1 Pt. water lemon flavoring Mix and drop by the teaspoonfuls into deep fat. Fry until golden brown. Dressing (or sauce): Combine in a saucepan and cook until thick. Pour over the fritters.

Easy, fun and quick to make! INGREDIENTS
350 g (12 oz) flour;
35 g (1.2 oz) sugar;
200 g (7 oz) sour cream;
1 egg;
1 tsp baking powder;
½ tsp salt;
2 tbsp vegetable oil;
1 lemon, zest;
Sugar, powdered sugar, lemon zest for decoration.
METHOD
Whisk egg with sugar, zest, oil and sour cream.
Separately whisk baking powder with flour and salt.
Pour egg mixture into the dry mixture and stir to form a smooth dough.
Roll out the dough and cut it into diamond shapes. Make a slit in the middle of each piece of dough and pass on of the ends of the dough through this slit.
Preheat vegetable oil to 180C/350F and cook each fritter for around 3-4 minutes, until puffy and golden.
Mix sugar with powdered sugar and pass each donut in the mixture before serving, topped with lemon zest.

These little guys are literally just fried up little dough balls that taste similar to a funnel cake. They can be made super quickly and are a perfect treat for ANY day of the week! Yum yum!! ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Recipe ⬇️⬇️⬇️ 1 egg 2 packages vanilla sugar (Dr Oetker) ➤ Place above Ingredients Into a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until well combined
➤ Into the same bowl with the eggs we will be adding In: 200g all purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 3/4 cups of lemon yogourt 1 Tablespoon rum Zest from 1/2 a lemon Pinch of Cinnamon
➤ Using a hand mixer again, mix until you get a really thick batter that Is well combined. If required you can add a little more yogourt and if the batter is too watery add in flour, 1 tablelsoon at a time.
➤ Heat up Sunflower oil In a deep pot. About 2” of oil, basically enough oil for them to float and not touch the bottom of the pot. Keep oil around 340 degrees
➤ When oil Is Hot enough dip 2 tsp’s In the oil and make a rounded shape with the batter before dropping them into the oil
➤ Fry around 4 minutes. Remove place onto a tray lined with paper towel or a cooling rack.
➤ When cooled down, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve! Dober tek
