2 egg whites
1 gram baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 gram vanilla powder
2 egg yolk
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1pinch salt
Tips.
1) its better to use molds
2)if u don't have molds than bake these quickly to maintain these shapes.
3)Before baking dust the icing sugar on these
4) Bake for 10 mints
5)Leave the biscuit in oven for 1 hour after baking
6)store in air tight container

RESEP LADY FINGER UTK MEMBUAT TIRAMISU. 98% MIRIP YG ASLI! PASTI BERHASIL
Sekarang, lagi ngetrend yang namanya Dessert Box dan banyak sekali yang menjual tiramisu. Salah satu bahan dari tiramisu adalah Lady Finger, namun harga lady finger itu sangat lah mahal. Maka dari itu, Di video kali ini Mrs. Culinary akan membagikan resep lady finger. Nah, Resep lady finger ini di buat dari bahan yang sangat sederhana dan harga yang ekonomis. Tekstur Lady finger ini renyah, lembut dan tebal. 98% hampir sama dengan yang aslinya.. langsung aja ya ke cara pembuatannya..
CARA MEMBUAT LADY FINGER: Untuk membuat lady finger saya membagikan dalam 3 step.
STEP 1:
1. Bahan yang dii butuhkan dalam step pertama adalah, 2 kuning telur dan 60 gr gula pasir halus. Di dalam mangkok, masukan kuning telurnya, Kemudian kocok menggunakan hand mixer hingga kuning telurnya pecah.. sambil mix, masukan 60 gr gula pasirnya secara bertahap. Mixer adonannya hingga berwarna putih seperti ini..
Kemudian, cuci handle mixernya..
STEP 2:
2. Bahan pada step ke dua, membutuhkan 3 butir putih telur dann 60 gr. gula halus..mix putih telurnya hingga berbusa seperti ini, setelah putih telurnya berbusa, masukan gula pasir halus secara bertahap. mulai dari kecepatan yang rendah, medium lalu kecepatan yang tinggi.. kocok putihh telurnya hingga stiff peak.
3. Kemudian, campurkan adonan kuning telurnya lalu dengan sangat hati hati, campurkan secara merata dengan gerakan memutar
STEP 3:
4. Bahan yang butuhkan adalah 140 gr. tepung terigu protein sedang, atau yang di sebut terigu serbaguna, 15 gr atau 1 sdm tepung maizena dan 5 gr atau 1 sdt baking powder, campurkan dalam mangkok, lalu kemudian ayak campuran tepungnya ke dalam adonan tadi..
5. Campurkan secara merata dengan gerakan memutar hingga tepung dan adonanya menyatu.. ulangi terus hinga campuran tepungnya habis.. aduk terus hingga tekstur adonannya berubah menjadi cream yang kaku.
6. Siapkan gelas dan masukan plastik piping bag untuk memasukan adonanya..setelah itu, gunting ujungnya ser 3-4 cm. Ini jangan terlalu besar guntingnya ya, agar biskuit lady fingernya tetap cantik..
7. kemudian siapkan loyang kue dan bentuk adonanya kira kira sepanjang 7 cm. jangan lupa untuk memberi jarak di antara adonan yang sudah di bentuk kira kiira 3 cm.
8. di dalam mangkok kecil, campurkan 3 sdm gula bubuk dan 3 sdm gula pasir halus. Cara mencampurkannya adalah dengan menambahkan gulanya selang seling agar tercampur dengan sempurna
9. dan tahap terakhir adalah mentaburi gulanya dengan rata menggunakan ayakan ke atas adonan yang sudah di bentuk
10. Panggang dalam oven selama 15 menit dalam 180 derajat selsius menggunakan api atas dan bawah..

.butter 1/3 cup (80g) (not too soft not too cold)
.sugar 1/4 cup (50g)
.vanilla essence 1 tsp
.milk 4 tbsp (60ml) (if butter is too soft add cold milk)
.flour 1 cup (130g)
.baking powder 1/4 tsp
.baking soda 1/4 tsp
.piping bag
.for dusting icing sugar
You can get around 25-27 ladyfingers.

Perfect Tiramisu ♕/Homemade Ladyfingers | Full Recipe & Instructions
Who wouldn't like a delicious homemade Tiramisu waiting for you in the refrigerator when you crave a sweet treat? It is definitely one of my favorite desserts, and this time I prepared it with Homemade Ladyfingers, and the result was worth all the effort!

Ingredients
For the Ladyfingers:
4 eggs (separated)
120 g granulated sugar
120 g flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Top:
Powdered sugar
For the Mascarpone Cream
4 egg yolks
3/4 cup granulated sugar
16 oz mascarpone (at room temp)
2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Tiramisu:
1 cup espresso
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp granulated sugar
18-20 homemade ladyfinger
For the Top:
2 tbsp cacao powder
Instructions
Preparing the Ladyfingers:
Preheat oven to 375F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl, place the egg whites and beat until soft peaks form using an electric mixer. Then, slowly add half of the sugar and beat until stiff for 4-5 min, set aside.
In another bowl, place egg yolks and the remaining sugar and beat until pale and fluffy.
Gently pour the egg mixture over the egg yolks and gently fold for a minute using a spatula as shown in the IG Reel. Add vanilla and sift flour and cornstarch over the egg mixture and gently fold everything together until combined as in the Reel.
Using a pastry bag with a 1/2 piping tip, pipe out onto the baking sheet. Be sure to leave space between cookies, see the video.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and bake 12-15 min.
Remove from the oven and let them cool completely.
Preparing the Cream:
In a medium bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar. Place the bowl on top of a small pan with simmering water and stir 7-8 min on low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and let it cool at room temp.
In a medium bowl, add mascarpone and vanilla and beat together. Pour egg mixture and gently whisk until just combined.
In another medium bowl, beat cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Using a spatula gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture as shown in the Reel.
