Cheesecake Buns that melt in your mouth
How to make Cheesecake Buns that melt in your mouth.
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup milk (250ml)
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
3 tbsp sugar (45g)
3 tbsp milk powder (30g)
1 egg
3 and ½ cup all purpose flour (440g)
1 tsp salt (4g)
1/4 cup unsalted butter (55g)
CREAM CHEESE FILLING:
250 grams cream cheese (softened a bit)
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
1 tsp fresh lemon juice (5ml)
1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
1. In a large bowl, mix together milk, yeast, sugar, milk powder, and egg.
2. Add flour and salt. Mix until the dough forms.
3. Add softened butter and mix until butter is fully absorbed.
4. Knead, slap and fold until smooth and elastic.
5. Smooth into a ball.
6. Cover for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
7. Make the filling. Mix together softened cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.
8. Then deflate the proofed dough by punching the air out.
9. Divide into 12 equal portions. About 70 grams each.
10. Smooth each dough into a ball. Bench rest for 10 minutes with cover.
11. Roll out each dough and flatten about half an inch thick.
12. Place in sheet pan, lined with parchment paper.
13. Cover for 30 minutes. Preheat oven at 170C/340F for 15 minutes.
14. Use a cup or glass to press in the center. Place filling and blueberries.
15. Brush the edges with buttermilk or milk.
16. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
17. Sprinkle with icing sugar on top.
18. Serve and enjoy!

New York Style Cheesecake ( low carb)
From the book Somersize Desserts, by Suzanne Somers
Unsalted butter for the pan
3 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese at room temperature ( I used light cream cheese)
2 tablespoons or more to taste of your choice of sugar substitute ( that measures like sugar for baking)
3 large eggs at room temperature
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla
Please watch video for instructions. It comes together easily but the preparation of the pan is very important. Once it goes in the oven it will bake for one hour, then after one hour turn off the oven and leave in another hour. Refrigerate overnight to set. Then follow video directions to unmold. This is worth the wait :)

This cheesecake is sooo creamy, thanks to that cream cheese and that touch of cream and a secret dry ingredient ;)

Bake it on a low-temp 165C/325F oven for an even and CRACK-FREE cheesecake top

Real New York Style Cheesecake Recipe - Rich creamy and delicious cheesecake recipe.
Welcome to my channel and thank you for watching my authentic New York style Cheesecake recipe.
I've been making cheesecake for years and finally by trial and error come up with what I believe to be the best rich creamy cheesecake recipe.
Perfectly delicious every time.
Preheat oven to 350F/177C
Graham cracker crust:
4 - 5 ounces crushed graham crackers
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon sugar
Blend crushed graham crackers with melted butter and sugar and press into bottom and about 1 up sides of prepared 9 springform pan then bake for 10 minutes at 350F/177C
Ingredients:
4 - 8 ounce packages cream cheese
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream (heavy whipping cream)
3 tablespoons AP flour
1 cup sour cream
4 large eggs
1 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Optional flavoring - lemon, lime or orange juice or zest
Preheat oven to 475F/246C
Directions:
Cream, cream cheese and sugar until sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth and creamy, at this point use low speed on mixer, add heavy cream and blend well, add flour and blend well, add sour cream and blend well, add eggs one at a time until just blended do not over mix when adding eggs as this will add too much air into batter, then add vanilla extract and optional flavoring then pour into prepared 9 spring form pan (butter bottom and sides and place parchment paper on bottom)
Bake for 10 minutes at 475F/246C then reduce heat to 200F/94C for 1 hour
Do not open oven during baking process then once cheesecake has finished baking turn heat off and leave to cool for about 30 minute with oven door closed then prop oven door open with wooden spoon or something like that and allow cheesecake to cool completely, then refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
After the 1 hour and 10 minutes baking time the center 4-5 inches of the cheesecake should jiggle like jello and the edges will be browned, the cheesecake is done perfectly and will set completely after refrigeration.

We all love a good brownie!! Today I’ll be showing you an AMAZING cheesecake brownie recipe. You’ll learn how to make the best cheesecake brownies using a brownie mix- so easy, so yummy and so addicting. These marble brownies will be a hit in your house.
Ingredients:
1. Brownie mix prepared according to package instructions
2. 8oz cream cheese SOFT at room temperature. I prefer using the tubes rather than the blocks
3. 1 egg
4. 1/4 cup sugar
