Key Lim Pie Cups
Ingredients:
Nonstick cooking spray
2 large egg yolks
2 teaspoons sugar
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 cup crumbled graham crackers
3 tablespoons finely chopped macadamia nuts
Directions:
1. Spray 4 (6-ounce) ramekins with nonstick cooking spray. Whisk together egg yolks and sugar until pale yellow. Whisk in condensed milk and lime juice. Pour batter equally between each ramekin and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
2. If using a Pressure Cooker, add 1 cup of water to the cooker and position a steamer insert. Place the ramekins atop the insert. Lock lid, close pressure valve, and set to HIGH for 15 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before opening valve to release any remaining pressure.
If using a Slow Cooker, place the ramekins directly into the bottom of the Cooker and add enough water to bring the level halfway up the sides of each ramekin. Cover, and set to HIGH for 2 hours.
3. Cool on wire rack for 30 minutes, then refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving. Serve in the ramekins, topped with macadamia-graham mixture.

You’ve probably seen it in your local homebrew store, and Mike was itching to try out a beer with it, well here it is! A peach sour made using Philly Sour!
At the time we filmed this, I didn’t know where the name “Philly Sour” came from, but according to this Philadelphia Enquirer Article ( it was “found on a dogwood tree in West Philadelphia's Woodland Cemetery”
Here's where you can find Mike's Recipe:
No bees were harmed in the making of this beer. That little guy in the video just wanted to check out the sweet wort.
