1 Envelope unflavored gelatine
1/2 c Sugar
1 c Boiling water
2 pk (8 oz ea) cream cheese,
-softened 1 t Vanilla (opt)
1 9-inch graham cracker crust
In a large bowl, mix the unflavored gelatine and sugar; add boiling water and stir until gelatine is completely dissolved. With electric mixer, beat in cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Pour into prepared crust; chill until firm, about 2 hours. Top, if desired, with fresh or canned fruit. Variations: Marbled Cheesecake: Before chilling, marble in 1/3 cup chocolate fudge, butterscotch, or your favorite flavor ice cream topping. Lemon or Almond Cheesecake: Substitute 1/2 to 3/4 tsp lemon or almond extract for vanilla extract. Fruit 'n' Creamy Cheesecake: Chill cheesecake for 10 minutes, then swirl in 1/3 cup strawberry or raspberry preserves. Sunshine Cheesecake: Substitute 1/2 tsp orange extract for vanilla extract and add 1 tsp grated orange rind. Recipe From 'Best Recipes From the Backs of Boxes, Bottles, Cans, and Jars' 1979. 오늘은 바닐라 빈을 통째로 넣고 맛있는 바닐라 치즈케이크를 만들어 보겠습니다.
오븐 없이 만들 수 있는 노 베이크 치즈 케이크에요.
게다가 작은 사이즈로 부담 없이 드실 수 있어요.
아직 오븐이 없는 베이킹 초보자 분들도 따라 할 수 있는 케이크랍니다,
큰 케이크로 만들고 싶다면...
18 cm*4.5 cm높이의 원형 케이크나 15 cm * 6 cm의 원형 케이크 하나로도 만들 수 있어요.
보통은 통밀 쿠키를 이용해서 바닥지를 만들곤 하지만 오늘은 초코칩 쿠키로 만들어 봤더니 바닐라와의 조화가 너무 훌륭했답니다.
초코 칩 쿠키는 너무 바삭한 쿠키 보다는 촉촉한 식감의 쿠키가 더 맛과 식감이 좋은 거 같아요.
맨 위의 젤리는 좋아하는 음료수로 만들어도 되지만 개인적으로는 딸기맛이나 복숭아맛을 추천해요.

1 cup of powdered sugar
1/8 cup of lemon juice
(start with 1/8 cup and taste toward end. you can add up to 1/4 cup of lemon juice. Start with 1/8 for best flavor so lemon is not overpowering)

120g mango puree (3/4 cup)
