10 inch size 5 Egg yolks 3/4 c Sugar 1 Gelatin 1/4 c Cold water 1/2 c Irish whiskey 1 1/2 c Heavy cream 2 tb Shaved chocolate; (optional) Beat egg yolks until they are thick and lemon colored. Slowly beat in the sugar Soften gelatin in water and then add 1/4 cup Irish Whiskey Heat over boiling water until gelatin dessolves. Add gelatin mixture into the egg yolks stirring quickly. Pour in the remaining Irish Whiskey. Mix Well Whip cream and add 1 cup to mixture. Pour filling into pie shell and chill. When the filling is set, decorate with a border of the remaining whipped cream and sprinkle shaved chocolate over the center. I tint the whipped cream alittle green Enjoy. :

Christmas Whiskey Chocolate Pie - My Simple Recipe
For Christmas I'm adding a little zip to my mother's Holiday Cracker Pie recipe with the addition of Chocolate and Whiskey, and finishing it all off with some Whiskey Whipped Cream.
Whiskey Chocolate Pie Ingredient List

A Lightly Boozy Whiskey Peach Pie with an Irish Whiskey Kick | Magic Marinade | ASMR
I’ve been wanting to bake up a Peach Pie for a while now, and this particular stone fruit season has been rather bountiful. Whiskey and peaches go together beautifully— in fact, I occasionally toss in a peach slide into my Old Fashioned cocktail. If you follow my channel, you know I prefer avoiding cornflour as far as possible, so I make do with all purpose flour or maida as the binding agent here. I think breadcrumbs would also work, but that’s another experiment for another time.
You can also afford to be heavy handed with the booze here, Use a double shot or more if you want to feel that whiskey kick. I’d call this a version 1.0 of my Peach Pie, considering this is a recipe I wrote and tried out for the first time here. Stay tuned for further updates,
*Ingredients* Hot Hands Pastry Dough ( (210-210g, two parts) 6 Peaches (500g Peach cubes, peeled) 45-60ml Whiskey (I used Irish Whiskey) Juice of a quarter orange Roughly ¼tsp Nutmeg 1tsp Cinnamon Powder 120-150g Brown Sugar (use 120g if your peaches are very sweet) 1tsp Vanilla Extract 80g Maida (All Purpose Flour) 1 Egg
