We Made Walt's Chili and Beans: A Disney Park Recipe Test
A family recipe, Walt's Chili and Beans has been a mainstay at the Disneyland parks for well over 70 years, and we were so excited to try it! Recently, we made a stop at Carnation Cafe on Main Street in Disneyland for a warm bowl of Walts Chili, and it was so good we had to try to make it. So we cracked open our brand new Official Disney Parks Cookbook, released last month, (we cross-referenced it with our park-issued recipe card, and it is the exact same), and man that book has got some fun recipes. But that's a topic for another video. Today is all about Walt's Chili and man oh man, this dish is legit. It was inexpensive, easy, and darn delicious. We 100% think this one is worth trying yourself! Definitely grab the recipe from the link below and let us know how yours turns out.

Boston Baked Beans
Traditional Boston Baked Beans, small white beans (I use Great Northern Beans) slow-cooked in the oven with molasses, salt pork, black pepper, mustard and onions until they form a thick stew rich with a deep color and caramelized crust.
Looking for the pot Mark used to make is Boston Baked Beans? Here is the URL:
**Note**: Ah, so many comments about the dull knife. Yes, using a dull knife if dangerous, so DON'T do what I did. I have since been given a new set of knives.

DIY TGI Friday's Green Bean Fries
It took 3 attempts to nail this but boy was it worth it! When I go to TGI's (which isn't that often to be fair!) I tend to order 3 things most often, a cajun pasta (which i'm highly likely to do!), Sesame Jack Daniels chicken strips (which we made recently!) and green bean fries, which as the title suggests is this very video! So with the help of my budget fryer I set out to make my own including the ranch dip, i'm not actually sure if TGI's still do these in some places, but the final taste was incredible, a super close clone to TGI's. Soft in the middle, crispy batter that lightly coats the green bean dunked in that slightly tangy ranch dip, extremely addictive things! Hope you give this a go, it'll probably work in an air fryer too!
