FOR THE CRUST:
1 c Graham cracker crumbs
3 tb Sugar
3 tb Butter or margarine,melted
FOR THE FILLING:
2 pk Cream cheese;softened,8 oz.
Each 1/2 c Sugar
1 tb Lemon juice;fresh
1 ts Lemon peel;freshly grated or
2 ts Of peel,see note
1/2 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs;separated
FOR THE TOPPING:
1 c Real sour cream
2 tb Sugar
1 ts Vanilla
FOR THE DECORATIONS:
Fresh strawberries,whole or Sliced Fresh raspberries,hulled and Served whole Sprigs of fresh mint Optional;Raspberry liqueur Or strawberry syrup

Hollywood Cheesecake - Creamy with a Lemony Flavor
This Hollywood Cheesecake is perfect for spring and summer! It has a super creamy texture with a lemony flavor!
Ingredients:
Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons melted butter
Filling:
16 oz. cream cheese softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 - 2 teaspoons grated lemon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs, separated
Topping:
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Place the crust evenly on the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Next, mix together the cream cheese, sugar, lemon peel, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Add one egg yolk at a time, and mix thoroughly. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Carefully add the egg whites to the cream cheese mixture. Pour the cream cheese mixture onto the crust and bake at 300 for 45 minutes.
Next, combine sour cream, vanilla extract, and sugar. Pour the sour cream mixture over the cheesecake and bake for 10 minutes. Top with strawberries and raspberries if desired. Enjoy!

Ingredients
• 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
• 1/3 cup melted butter
• 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 package of Lindt chocolate pralines, chopped
Instructions
• In a bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
• Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
• In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
• In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
• Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
• Add the chopped Lindt chocolate pralines to the cheesecake mixture and mix well.
• Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
• Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 2 hours or until set.
• Once set, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and decorate with some Lindt chocolate pralines on top.
• Serve and enjoy!
