Baked beans is a dish containing beans, in some cases baked, regardless of the name, generally stewed, in a sauce. Most commercially canned baked beans are produced using haricot beans, otherwise called naval force beans – an assortment of Phaseolus vulgaris in a sauce. In Ireland & the United Kingdom, a tomato sauce is most generally utilized, & they are regularly eaten on toast or as a feature of a full English, Scottish or Irish Breakfast.
Canned baked beans are utilized as a convenience food. They might be eaten hot or cold straight from the can as they are completely cooked.
A sausage is a cylindrical shaped meat item typically produced using ground meat, frequently pork, hamburger, or veal, alongside salt, spices & different flavorings, & breadcrumbs, with a skin around it. Normally, a sausage is framed in a packaging customarily produced using digestive tract, yet in some cases from synthetic materials. ◆1 tablespoon chili powder
◆½ teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder
◆½ teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)

◆1 onion, chopped
◆¼ teaspoon jeera (cumin) powder
◆1 sprig curry leaves
◆2 tomatoes
◆vegetable oil
◆1 sprig thyme
◆3 green chilies
◆1 can baked beans
◆fresh dhania (coriander) for garnishing

The beans are cooked with vegetables, sausages, broth, and seasoning. The rice is cooked separately. Both, the beans and the rice and served together in a bowl or a shallow plate. This is your dinner if you like cajun, New Orleans food, beans, and hearty wholesome meals. Children usually love this dish too because it's super delicious and it's also healthy and a perfect family dinner meal.

For the Rice
2 cups Rice uncooked, *see Notes
Water
Salt
For the Red Beans
2 cans Red Beans 30 oz
1 piece Onion
½ piece Bell Pepper
2 stalks Celery
2 piece Sausages *see Notes
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Thyme
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Salt to taste
¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 piece Bay Leaf
2 clove Garlic
1 Teaspoon Oregano
½ cup Tomato Sauce
2 cup Broth vegetable broth

• Napolina Light in Colour Spray Olive Oil
• 6 good quality pork and herb sausages
• 400g can Napolina Butter Beans, drained
• 400g can Napolina Cannellini Beans, drained
• 400g can Napolina Cherry Tomatoes
• 2 large peppers, sliced into strips
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 1 red onion, finely chopped
• 200ml vegetable stock
• Handful of basil leaves, finely chopped to serve
• Salt and black pepper

Ingredients:
1 tsp Oil + more for shallow frying
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 tbsp Garlic, minced
Salt to taste
11/2 cups Cannellini Beans, Boiled & Drained
2 tbsp Flax Seed Meal if available
1 tbsp Parsley or your favorite herb
Chilli Sauce to taste
1 tsp Yellow Mustard
For the Batter:
2-3 tbsp Corn Starch + Water as needed
Salt to taste
For the Breading:
1/2 cup Bread crumbs of your choice
Directions
MAKING
In a pan, add in the oil and onion. Sauté for a minute and season with salt.
When onion is about to be done, add in the garlic and cook until the edges of onion are brown. Turn off the stove and let it cool.
In a food processor, add in the onion mixture, cannellini beans, flax seeds and parsley. Blend until coarse.
Take out the mixture in a bowl and add in the chili sauce and mustard. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and give the shape of a sausage.
For the batter – in a shallow bowl, add in the cornstarch and salt; mix with a spoon.
Slowly pour in the water and make a thin batter.
Roll the sausages in cornstarch batter, followed by the breadcrumbs.
In a pan, heat the oil on low – medium heat and place the sausages; shallow fry until golden brown from all sides.
SERVING
Serve with your choice of condiment.
