How To make Golden Potato Scones with Parmesan and Pancetta
4 sl pancetta or smoked streaky
bacon, cut into small pieces 6- oz plain/all purpose flour
2 ts baking powder
1/2 ts salt
2 oz unsalted butter, diced,
plus x to serve 5 oz cooked mashed potato
2 oz Parmesan, in tiny cubes
1 ts dried oregano
2 tb milk
1 egg yolk, beaten to, glaze

Bacon Cheese Biscuit 베이컨 치즈 비스켓
This delicious home-made biscuit recipe is loaded with crispy bacon, two different types of cheese and a lot of different herbs. Biscuits are a classic America treat. They are perfect for breakfast, served with salad and soup, or just simply served with a jam and cup of milk.
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
85g cold butter
2-3 strips of bacon
2-3 ticker slices Mozzarella herb cheese
2-3 slices smoked cheese
2 tablespoon Italian parsley
1 teaspoon pepper flakes
1 teaspoon Italian herbs
1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/4 cup of milk (or buttermilk)
1 teaspoon sour cream
1 egg (for brushing)
Sprinkle of sweet paprika and oregano

Loaded Cheesy Potatoes ~ Easter Dinner ~ Side Dish
Here's my version of Cheesy Potatoes with all of the good stuff! The perfect side for your Easter ham.
3 lbs. fresh potatoes (russett, red, or Yukon Gold) cubed and boiled al dente
1/2 stick butter
1 brick of cream cheese
3/4 c. milk
Ranch Seasoning Packet
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 c. pepper jack cheese shredded
4 slices of thick cut bacon ~ Chopped, cooked and drained
Top with 1 c. additional cheddar cheese and 1/2 c. shredded parmesan cheese
