Hey guys today I'm making Chinese Fried Rice Recipe at home the easy way. you can also make Chicken Fried Rice Recipe at home by replacing the shrimp for chicken. This easy Chinese shrimp fried rice recipe can be made in less than 20 minutes if you have the 1 day old rice ready.
Ingredients
2 cup 1 day old rice
20 shrimp
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp creole seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 chopped onion
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 egg
1/4 cup veggies

Season the shrimp with salt and black pepper.
Add oil to a skillet, along with butter.
Add the shrimp and cook thoroughly.
Remove the shrimp.
Add garlic, and combine. Add the red chili flakes and combine.
Add lemon juice, and re-add the shrimp.
Add butter and garnish with fresh parsley.

Spicy Garlic Prawns Chinese Style
Welcome to Xiao's Kitchen. My name is Xiao Wei and my goal is to make your cooking simple and exciting. Ever since my Mother showed me how to cook at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for cooking. My family still live in Inner Mongolia, in the northern part of China, where I visit each year and learn new Chinese recipes.
Ingredients:
450g Raw Prawns With Shells
1 Spring Onion
2 Red Chilli Peppers
8 Cloves Garlic
4 Tbsp Cornflour
1 Tsp Coarse Black Pepper
Salt To Taste
Method:
1. Thinly slice the garlic
2. Roughly chop the spring onion
3. Remove the seeds from chilli peppers and then cut thinly
4. Trim the prawns (remove heads if necessary) and remove the intestines
5. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in the wok
6 Add the garlic in the wok, fry over medium heat until lightly brown, remove from wok
7. Place prawns in a large bowl, add the cornflour, toss the prawns and ensure an even coverage
8. Place about half a litre of oil in the wok over medium heat
9. Place the coated prawns one at the time into the hot oil, deep fry for 40 to 50 seconds and until turned pink, remove and drain. Reserve 1 Tbsp of oil in the wok and discard the rest.
10. Turn heat to high, add the black pepper and fry for few seconds
11. Add the chilli pepper, spring onion and garlic, stir fry for few seconds
12. Add prawns, a pinch of salt and stir well
13. Transfer into a dish and serve
