LAY HO LAY HO! If there's noodles, I'm game! Join me in this episode and learn how to make an easy, quick, and tasty sweet and spicy noodles stir fry recipe right at home! Let's begin
Ingredients:
4 pieces garlic
small piece ginger
5 sticks green onion
1 tbsp doubanjiang
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp black vinegar
splash toasted sesame oil
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup peanuts
1 tsp white sesame seeds
140g dry ramen noodles
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp gochugaru
1 tsp crushed chili flakes
Directions:
1. Bring some water to boil for the noodles
2. Finely chop the garlic and ginger. Finely chop the green onions keeping the white and green parts separate
3. Make the stir fry sauce by combining together the doubanjiang, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, black vinegar, toasted sesame oil, and maple syrup
4. Heat up a nonstick pan to medium heat. Add the peanuts and white sesame seeds. Toast for 2-3min, then set aside
5. Boil the noodles for half the time to package instruction (in this case 2min). Gently loosen the noodles with chopsticks
6. Place the pan back to medium heat. Add the avocado oil followed by the garlic, ginger, and the white parts from the green onions. Sauté for about 1min
7. Add the gochugaru and crushed chili flakes. Sauté for another minute
8. Strain out the noodles and add to the pan followed by the stir fry sauce. Add the green onions, toasted peanuts, and sesame seeds but save some for garnish
9. Sauté for a couple of minutes, then plate the noodles. Garnish with the remaining peanuts, sesame seeds, and green onion

Today we’re making the BEST SHRIMP EVER. This easy shrimp dish is packed full of fresh aromatics and flavour. Dinner will be ready faster than you can say “chili garlic ginger shrimp”. If you recreate this shrimp please tag me as I would love to see and feature your creation!

Recipe
------------------------------------------------------------------
Ingredients:
o 4 cups of water
o 1 lbs of peeled de-veined shrimp
o 3 cloves of garlic
o 1 thumb of ginger
o 3 green onions
o 1 bunch of cilantro
o 2 birds eye chilis
o 2 Tbsp soy sauce
o 2 Tbsp black vinegar (can substitute rice vinegar)
o ¼ cup of sesame oil
o ½ tsp white pepper
o Fresh ground black pepper
o Optional sesame seeds for garnish
Prep:
o Bring water to a boil
o Crush and mince garlic
o Thinly slice birds eye chilis
o Thinly slice green onion keeping white and greens separated
o Peel and grate ginger
o Roughly chop cilantro
o Combine garlic, ginger, chilis and white parts of green onion in a bowl
Cooking:
o Once water is boiling lightly season with salt and add shrimp
o Boil shrimp for 2-3 minutes then remove from water
o Heat ¼ cup of sesame oil in a sauce pan until shimmering
o Pour hot oil over garlic, chilis, ginger and green onion, try to cover all aromatics in hot oil
o Stir to combine hot oil and aromatics
o Add soy sauce, vinegar, white and black pepper to hot oil
o Add shrimp and stir to gently coat with sauce
o Top with fresh cilantro and gently mix until well combined
Serve:
o Top with green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
o Serve along with white rice and your choice of veggies

Bang Bang Shrimp with Pasta | Easy Spicy Shrimp and Pasta Recipe
Bang Bang Shrimp with Pasta
1 lb Pasta ( fettuccine or spaghetti)
3 Tbsp Butter
2 lb Shrimp - peeled & deveined
1 1/2 C Heavy Cream
1 C Sweet Chili Sauce
3 - 4 Cloves Garlic - minced
1 Tbsp Ginger - minced
2 tsp Sriracha Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 Lime - juiced
Lime Slices
1 Bunch Scallions - sliced
Cook pasta according to directions.
Heat butter on medium to high heat in a large skillet add garlic & ginger cooking for 1 - 2 minutes. Add shrimp cooking until they just start to turn pink. Remove shrimp from pan and set aside.
Pour heavy cream into pan heating on medium heat. Season with salt & pepper. Once it starts to come to a boil add sweet chili sauce, stir until combined then stir in sriracha. Add the shrimp back into the pan & add lime juice. Toss in pasta & lime slices.
Garnish with scallions.

RECIPE BELOW: This is a delicious spicy shrimp dish with loads of ginger, garlic, and cilantro. Get the hand towels out, it's finger licking good!
Serves 4
Ingredients:
• 1-1.25# head on unpeeled shrimp, deveined
• 1/2 sm yellow onion, sliced thin
• 5-6 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 thumb size peeled ginger, minced
• 4-5 green onions, minced
• 1/2 bunch cilantro, large cut
• 1 Tbsp Godmother Chili Black Bean Sauce or chili sauce of your choice
• 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
• 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
• 1 Tsp sugar
• Oil for cooking
**Always wash & rinse vegetables before using
**Always adjust the seasonings to your personal taste
