How To make Gallery Chocolate Chip Walnut Pie
2 Eggs; beaten
1/2 c Flour
1/2 c Granulated sugar
1/2 c Brown sugar
1 c Butter; melt/cool
6 oz Chocolate pieces
1 c Chopped walnuts
1 Unbaked pie shell; 9 inch
In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Gradually add flour and sugars, mixing until well blended. Stir in butter. Fold in chocolate pieces and walnuts. Pour into unbaked pie shell; bake in 325` oven for 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Serve warm, with scoops of vanilla ice cream, if desired. Chocolate Walnut Ice Cream
Recipe: Chocolate Walnut Ice-Cream
Serves 5-6
Preparation Time:8 hours and 30 minutes
Ingredients:
1) 500 grams whipping cream
2) 250 grams condensed milk
3) 1/2 cup walnuts. Toast the walnuts and then ground them into fine powder.
4) 250 grams dark chocolate bar (cut into cubes).Melt the chocolate cubes using double boiler method.

Steps:
1) Put whipping cream into a large bowl and add condensed milk to it.
2) Whip at medium speed for couple of minutes and mix the ingredients.Now add melted chocolate, walnut powder.Mix the ingredients for couple of minutes.
3) The Ice-Cream mixture is ready to be refrigerated.
4) Ice-cream can be refrigerated in an air tight container.Ensure there are no traces of moisture in container to prevent formation of ice particles.
5) Pour the mixture in the container.Level the mixture.Cover the container tightly.Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Tip: Temperature of deep freezer must be set to max for faster cooling.Ensure that you have defrosted before freezing the ice-cream.The container must be in direct contact of the bottom of freezer for efficient cooling.Never keep the ice-cream container on top of ice-cream trays or any other container.Ice-cream must be allowed to set for 8 hours at minimum or preferably overnight.
Soft and delicious Ice-Cream is ready to be served.
