Easy Turkey and Cheese Quiche with a Flaky no baked Pie Crust
Flaky Quiche Pie Crust
INGREDIENTS
1 large egg
2 + 1/2 tablespoons ice water
1 + 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
10 tablespoons unsalted butter, sliced into small cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the egg and ice water. Set the bowl aside
In the bowl of a food processor, add the flour and salt. Pulse briefly until mixed. Add in the the cubed butter pieces and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse meal. Add in the egg/ice-water mixture. Pulse again until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough onto a lightly-floured board. Roll out the quiche crust so that it fits the measurements of your quiche pan or dish. Lay the rolled out dough onto the top of the quiche pan. Using your hands, gently press the dough into place. With a paring knife, slice off any extra dough that’s hanging over the rim of the pan or dish.
Stick the quiche pan with the dough into the freezer for approximately 20-25 minutes (but if you leave it in there a bit longer, that’s fine too). For a flaky quiche crust it’s important that the crust is cold when it’s filled and cooked.
Your cold quiche crust is ready to be filled and baked!
Turkey and
Cheese Quiche
Ingredients
1 refrigerated pie crust
6 large eggs
3/4 cup milk or cream
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup cooked turkey chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese divided
3 tablespoons green onions
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Unroll pie crust and press into a 9 pie plate, crimping the top edges if desired.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle ham, 1 cup of cheese, and green onions into the pie crust and pour the egg mixture over top. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top of egg mixture.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until the center is completely set. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

This is a basic quiche recipe, with ingredients that can be subbed out based on what you currently have in your refrigerator. It's a great way to use leftovers!
Turkey quiche recipe:
1 packaged pie crust
1 pack deli meat
2 C shredded cheese of your choice
1 diced onion
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2C frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
1 C half and half
4 eggs
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
Ground black pepper, to taste
Grease pie dish, fill with pie crust, cover with parchment paper and weights. Bake at 425F for about 10 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. Meanwhile, prepare your filling ingredients. Sautee onion until translucent, add spinach, and finally garlic just until fragrant. Mix together half and half, eggs, and seasonings. Layer meat, veggies, and cheese in 2 layers, then top with custard mixture. Bake at 375F for an additional 40-45 minutes, or until quiche has cooked through. The filling should be fairly firm and not too jiggly in the middle.

✅Ingredients
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• 1 small sweet onion, diced
• 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
• 2 cloves minced garlic
• 10 ounces chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
• 6 ounces crumbled feta cheese
• 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
• 5 large eggs
• ½ cup milk
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
✅Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a 9 inch deep dish pie plate.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add in onion and mushroom and saute until softened, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add in garlic and cook 1 minute more. Stir in spinach, feta, and cheddar cheese. Spoon mixture into the prepared pie plate.
3️⃣ In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour egg mixture over the spinach mixture in the prepared pie plate.
4️⃣ Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, until eggs are set. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
