Easy Boursin Cheese 2 packages cream cheese, you can use low fat or regular. I use my own homemade Kefir cheese made from raw milk. Takes about two days to get to the stage to use for this recipe. 1 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 cup unsalted butter, or salted, if using salted do NOT add any more salt to this recipe 1 tsp natural salt Everything below is optional, add what moves you Oregano Dill Garlic powder or finely chopped Parsley Basil Use a pastry blender to blend all ingredients, store in fridge.
