How To make Curried Pumpkin and Banana Bread, Abm
1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast
1 c Bread flour, PLUS 2 ts
1 c Whole wheat flour
2 tb Cracked wheat
1 ts Curry powder
1/2 ts Minced garlic
1 tb Sesame seeds
2 tb Sugar
1/2 c Mashed ripe banana
1/2 c Canned pumpkin
1 tb Vegetable oil
1/4 c Water
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your abm manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions. Let the loaf cool before slicing. Source: The Best Bread Machine Cookbook Ever, Madge Rosenberg.

Pumpkin Bread Recipe | One Bowl Loaf Cake Recipe
This pumpkin bread recipe is a one bowl recipe that comes together quickly and perfect for breakfast, dessert, or snacking on any time of the day! Packed with pure pumpkin puree and fall spices, this pumpkin bread would be great to bring to a gathering or have for the upcoming holidays. Feel free to add in more spices or cloves if your pumpkin pie spice does not contain cloves. Add nuts, extra pumpkin seeds, or chocolate chips to this pumpkin bread recipe.
Yields 1 9x5 inch Pumpkin Loaf Bread or 2 8x4 inch Pumpkin Loaf Bread.
Ingredients
Pumpkin Bread- Bake at 350°F for 50-60 mins.
3 large room temperature eggs
1 1/2 cups pure pumpkin puree
2/3 cups vegetable oil
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp ground cloves (if your pumpkin pie spice does not contain cloves)
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
Topping
1 1/2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp maple syrup or honey
1/2 tsp canola oil

Japanese Curry Bread Recipe | How to make Kare Pan | Chichabon
Recipe on how to make Japanese curry bread or kare pan, the popular fried curry buns in Japan.

Ingredients (makes 12 buns):
Curry filling
1 tbsp Oil
1 lb Ground beef
3 cloves Garlic
1 medium Onion
2 medium Carrots
2¾ cups Water
5 cubes Japanese curry roux
2 tsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Butter
Dough
59 mL Warm water (100°-110°F)
1 tsp Sugar
7g Active dry yeast
470g Bread flour
5g Salt
6g Sugar
287 mL Cold water*
1 tbsp Oil
Breading
2 large Eggs
1½-2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
*If you are using a bread machine or KitchenAid mixer, use COLD water to prevent the dough from getting too warm. If you are kneading by hand, room temperature water is fine.
KitchenAid mixer (using dough hook) method:
1. Mix yeast mixture, bread flour, salt, sugar and cold water on low speed (speed 2-4) until dough forms.
2. Increase to medium speed (speed 6) and knead for 6 minutes.
3. Lower to speed 2, add oil, and knead for 4 minutes.
4. Stop/turn off the mixer for 2 minutes.
5. Turn on the mixer to speed 6, and knead for 10 minutes.
Kneading by hand method:
1. Mix yeast mixture, bread flour, salt, sugar and water in a bowl until dough forms.
2. Turn out the dough onto the counter and knead for 20 minutes.
3. Use extra bread flour (35-40g) to prevent the dough from sticking while kneading by hand. Try not to add more than this amount during the kneading process because you will be using more flour later on anyways for dusting and rolling out the dough.*
*The dough will be a bit sticky because it has a high hydration, which is a good thing because that is what makes the bread light and airy. But, it also makes it harder to knead by hand. It is much easier to knead the dough with a bread machine or KitchenAid mixer without having to add too much flour.

Vegan Pumpkin Bread Recipe
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 cup unsweetend almond milk
1/4 cup & 2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 cup & 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
1 flax egg (or regular egg if you aren't vegan)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups almond flower
1/2 cup coconut flower
1 teaspoon baking soda
dash of pumpkin pie spice
dash of cinnamon
dash of salt
mix dry and wet ingredients separately then combine! put in oven at 350 for 50-55 minutes and enjoy!!! love you all
