How To make Cuisine D'Or Cheesecake (Aka Oreo Cheesecake)
1 1/4 c GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
1/3 c BUTTER (unsalted), melted
1/4 c brOWN SUGAR, firmly packed
1 ts CINNAMON
Blend all ingredients -together and press into -bottom of 10 Inch springform pan (and
-sides). Refrigerate about -30 Minutes. OREO FILLING 2 lb CREAM CHEESE, room
-temperature 1 1/2 c SUGAR
2 tb FLOUR
4 Extra large EGGS
2 lg EGG YOLKS
1/3 c WHIPPING CREAM
2 ts VANILLA
1 1/2 c OREO COOKIES, coarsely
-chopped 2 c SOUR CREAM
Preheat oven to 425-degrees. Beat cream cheese in large -bowl until smooth. Beat in -1-1/4 Cups sugar and the flour -until well blended. Beat -in eggs And egg yolks until mixture -is smooth. Stir in cream -and 1 Tsp. vanilla. Pour half of batter into -prepared crust. Sprinkle -with Chopped Oreos. Pour -remaining batter over, -smoothing with Spatula. Bake 15 mins. Reduce -temperature to 225-degrees, -and bake 50 Minutes, covering top
-loosely with foil if -browning too Quickly. Increase oven temperature to -350-degrees. Blend sour cream, remaining -1/4 cup sugar and remaining -1 Tsp. vanilla. Spread over -cheesecake. Bake 7 minutes. Refrigerate -immediately. Cover cake -with Plastic wrap and chill -overnight. SWISS FUDGE GLAZE 1 c WHIPPING CREAM

The Best New York Cheesecake Recipe | Cupcake Jemma Channel
What's not to love about a New York Cheesecake? It's creamy, it's tangy, it's smooth. Any why should you bake THIS New York Cheesecake? Because it has a full deep-dish Buttery Biscuit Crust, not just a base, and it has a caramelised topping with NO cracks. Really, this is the only New York Cheesecake recipe that you will ever need.
For best results bake your cheesecake in a water-bath. But remember to wrap your tin in tin foil to keep any liquid from getting into your spring form pan. Try to use a dish that only just fits your cake tin inside - too much water will create too much steam and so your cheesecake will become very moist and will crack. If you can't use a water bath then add a small tin/oven proof dish to the bottom of your oven with an inch of boiled water in it to create steam and humidity.

400g Digestive Biscuits (or Graham Crackers if you're in the US!)
1/2 tsp Salt
170g Melted Unsalted Butter
For the Cheesecake
500g full fat Cream Cheese at room temp
150g Caster Sugar
200g Sour Cream
200g Double Cream
2 Eggs
1 Egg Yolk
2 tbsp Corn Flour
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Lemon Juice

Dulce De Leche Cheesecake in Gujarati with Raihana's Cuisines
A really rich and creamy cheesecake that is super delicious and easy to make...
Preheat oven at 325 degrees F
Ing:
20 oreo cookies without the white cream in the middle
3 tbsp unsalted melted butter
topping
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup caramel sweet condensed milk
For the cheesecake
4 eggs at room temperature
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp white flour
1 tsp vanilla
13.4 oz dulce de leche
1 cup sour cream
4 8oz packs cream cheese
Method:
Take your oreos and remove the white cream from inside and put them in a bowl crush the cookies and add the melted butter and pat it down and keep that aside. Let's start assembling the mixture by putting the cream cheese in the bowl start blending and slowly add the sugar and mix it till there is no lumps in it, next add the sour cream, Dulce se Leche, vanilla, salt, and eggs one at a time just mix the mixture until well blended at this time don't over mix the mixture. The mixture should look smooth and velvety, next prepare the pan by putting it in a large tray and line the springform pan with foil from the outside making sure that the water for the water batch will not seep into the cheesecake. Slowly place the tray with the cheesecake in the oven in the middle rack and pour the hot water in it slowly making sure no water gets in the cheesecake. Close the oven door and don't open the door for the next 60 min after the first 60 min turn the oven off and leave the cheesecake in the oven for another 30 min. Take out and let cool completely next cover it with foil and refrigerate at least 6 hours but for best results refrigerate overnight! Once the cheesecake has cooled completely whip up the heavy cream and the caramel until it's nice and thick. Decorate any way you like! Make sure and drizzle some of the caramel on top.

Ingredients:
- 2 blocks of cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 pint of sour cream
- a dash of vanilla extract
- 12 to 15 oreos for crust
- 10 oreos for decorating
- 1/2 cup of semi sweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup of milk chocolate
- 1 cup or slightly less of heavy cream
