How To make Cranberry Apple Cookies
1/2 C margarine
softened
1 C brown sugar :
packed
3/4 C granulated sugar
1 egg white whipped
1/4 C skim milk :
at room temperature
2 C flour
1/4 Tsp salt
1 Tsp orange peel
1 1/2 C apples peeled/chopped
1 C cranberries :
chopped
Preheat oven at 375F. Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine margarine, sugars, egg white, and milk. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, orange peel, apples, and cranberries. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened. Arrange by tablespoons on prepared baking sheet, 2" apart. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

• Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter , room temp
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 cups Oats
- 1 cup Raisin & Cranberries

• Directions:
1) Whisk together flour, baking soda and salt and put aside.
2) In a large bowl with hand mixer whisk the butter on high till smooth. Add both sugars and beat till creamy.
3) Add in eggs and vanilla and whisk till combined.
4) Add dry ingredients and mix till combined. Then add in oats and whisk.
5) Add in cranberries and mix
6) Chill the mixture for 30 minutes in fridge.
7) Preheat oven to 177°C.
8) Place balls of cookie mixture on tray and flatten slightly. Cook for 13 minutes till golden on the sides.
