How To make Crab Sandwiches
1 cn (6 oz) crab meat, drained
2 Ribs celery, finely chopped
4 Green onions (scallions,
-white and green parts), -finely chopped 1/2 c Chopped mushrooms
1 ts Caraway seed
4 tb Mayonnaise
Salt and freshly ground -black pepper to taste 4 sl Bread
8 sl Bacon, fried crisp and
-drained 1/2 c Grated Cheddar cheese
Combine the crab meat, celery, scallions, mushrooms, caraway, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. Toast the bread on one side under the broiler. Spread the crab mixture on the untoasted side, top with the bacon and the Cheddar cheese, and heat under the broiler until the cheese is melted.

Ingredients:
* soft shell crabs
* Italian sour dough bread (sliced)
* 1 large tomato
* lettuce
* mayonnaise (to taste)
* 2 cups flour
* 3 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
* black pepper (to taste)
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 1 tbsp butter
Directions:
Combine flour, Old Bay seasoning, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well. Lightly dredge the crabs in the flour and set aside. Place a large pan on stove over medium high heat. Heat butter and oil together. Place crabs AWAY from you in pan so they don’t splash oil on you. Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from pan. Assemble sandwich. Lightly dress bread with mayonnaise, add lettuce and a few slices of tomato. Place 2-3 soft shell crabs on top of tomato. Lightly press down on sandwich. Slice in half.

Ingredients:
20g butter
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup crab meat
pepper to taste
2 pcs baguette
3 tbsp japanese mayonnaise
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp spring onion
1 tbsp fresh tarragon
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste
shredded cabbage to preference

How To Make Crab Salad Sandwich | Kani Salad Sandwich Recipe❤️
Kani Salad Sandwich (3 Servings)
3 pcs sandwich bread
50g cucumber
130g imitation crab (kani)
3 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
1 tbsp sriracha (You can replace it with other types of chili sauce or hot sauce)

Crab Mixture Ingredients:
1-1.5 lbs of Dungeons Crab Claw Meat
1/2 Tomato (diced)
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Shallot (minced)
1 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Parsley
1 Tsp Lemon Zest
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper to Taste
(Light on the cheese if you wish so it doesn’t compromise the taste of the crab)
Cheese:
Gruyère
White Cheddar
After rinsing off your dungeons crab legs, peel and crack them open, then toss the crab meat in a large bowl.
Make sure to pick through and discard any pieces of shell that may still be in the crab.
In the bowl with the crab, add the crab mixture ingredients and gently fold in until mixed well. We want to keep some of the fullness of the crab meat in the mixture (some pieces will be a little shredded)
Set bowl aside once mixed.
Lightly oil or butter one side of the bread slices and place oiled or buttered side down in a large pan on low heat.
Using a spatula or your hands, take a handful of the crab mixture and divide the it evenly on one of the bread slices then top with the cheese, spreading it evenly over the crab.
Top with the other slice of bread (the second top piece of bread should be buttered or oiled for the flip)
Lay the sandwich or burger press down on top of the sandwich and cook until the bread browns on the bottom side. You may need to lift the melt up to make sure the bread doesn’t burn. TIP: You don’t necessarily need this sandwich press. You can use another kitchen item or nothing at all. This just helps to press everything together tightly.
Once the bottom of the bread is toasted enough for your liking, flip the melt and lay the press down again until the other side is toasted enough and the cheese has melted. Enjoy!
