How To make Cincinnati Chili Ii
1 tablespoon Oil
1/2 cup Onions
chopped
2 pounds Ground beef
1/4 cup Chili powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Cumin
1/4 teaspoon Allspice
1/4 teaspoon Cloves ground
1 Bay leaf
1/2 ounce Chocolate unsweetened
2 cans Beef broth
1 can Tomato sauce
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Ground red pepper
Spaghetti :
cooked Chedder cheese -- grated
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 6 minutes. Add beef, in batches if necessary, and cook, breaking up with a wooden spoon, until browned. Add remaining ingredients, except spaghetti and cheese. Stir to mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Best if you now refrigerate overnight. Remove the bay leaf. Reheat gently over medium heat. Serve over hot, drained spaghetti. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef (Or Ground turkey + 1Tbls olive oil for healthier option )
2 cups chopped onions
4 cups beef stock
1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
2 -3 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 3/4 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons instant minced garlic
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 bay leaves
finely shredded cheddar cheese (Topping)
chopped onion (optional topping)
kidney bean (optional topping)

I love Texas chili, but this Cincinnati chili is unique in its own way, some of the untraditional ingredients in this chili takes it to a whole new level. 3 large crushed garlic cloves

2 8oz. Cans Tomato sauce
3/4 tsp Apple cider vinegar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Pepper as needed
Salt as needed
1/2 tsp ground Allspice
1/2 tsp ground Cloves
1 large Bay leaf
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper (optional)
1 oz. Freshly grated Unsweetened Chocolate
1/8 tsp ground Nutmeg
2 tsp Ground cinnamon (add last)
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
3 Tbsp Chili powder (try Gebhardt's chili powder if you don't have homemade)
1 tsp Paprika

How to Make Cincinnati Chili Recipe [Episode 203]
This must be my son-in-law’s favorite dish… he asked if he could have it every weekend! It is truly an amazing recipe, and very simple to make. Serve this chili over spaghetti… YES… spaghettis; and top it with lots of cheese! You can also serve it by itself in a bowl, you can add red beans and onions… however you serve it, will be one of your favorites.
Ingredients for 6 servings:
1 ½ pound or 690g lean ground beef
2 cups or 450mL chicken broth
16 ounces each or 454mL tomato sauce
Salt and black ground pepper
2 tablespoons or 30mL cider vinegar
2 diced onions
3 mashed garlic cloves
1 tablespoon or 15mL vegetable oil
2 tablespoons or 30mL tomato paste
2 tablespoons or 15g chili powder
2 tablespoons or 10g brown sugar (dark preferable)
1 tablespoon or 2g fresh or dry oregano
¼ teaspoon or 1mL ground allspice
1 ½ teaspoons or 3g ground cinnamon
Over Spaghettis:
1 pound dry spaghettis cook according to box instructions.
16 ounces mild cheddar cheese
2 cans of 15.5 ounces each or 439g each Red Kidney beans
1 diced onion (optional)
