How To make Chinese Style Bean Sauce with Tofu
2 tb Oil
1 ts Grated ginger
1 ts Minced garlic
2 sm Minced red peppers
5 Mushrooms, thinly sliced
3 Green onions, sliced
16 oz Tofu, cubed
2 tb Red miso, mixed with 1/2 c
water 1 tb Soy sauce
1 tb Honey
1 tb Tahini
1/2 ts Vinegar
1 ts Cornstarch dissolved in 2 tb
:
water Heat oil in wok. Add ginger, garlic & red peppers. Saute for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms & onion whites. Saute for 3 minutes. Add onion greens & tofu & saute for 1 minute. Combine miso, soy sauce, honey, tahini & vinegar. Mix well. Stir into saute mixture & simmer for 1 minute. Stir in dissolved cornstarch & simmer 30 seconds or till thick. Serve over rice. Stir-fried beans and tofu is a healthy and savoury dish which only includes budget-friendly ingredients and will save you a lot of time with its easy preparation. You can use this as a side dish or serve it with hot steaming rice.

10 Pcs Fried Tofu Puff
FOR PORK MARINADES:
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1/2 Tsp White Pepper Powder
1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp Soy Bean Sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp Corn Starch

Steamed Tofu
A common dish found in menu of most restaurants, it is so simple and easy to cook.
Ingredients
1 piece Soft Bean Curd
15g Dry Shirpms (soak and lightly chopped)
4 bulbs Shallots (cut into thin slices)
4 tbsp Cooking oil
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Light Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp Cooking Wine
1/4 tsp Thick soy Sauce
Spring onion and chili (cut into small piece) for garnishing
Steps:-
1.) In boiling water steam the tofu for 10 minutes.
2.) Heat up oil in the wok, fry the shallots and dry shrimps separately until golden brown and take out, set aside.
3.) In a bowl, add oyster sauce, sugar, light soy sauce, cooking wine and thick soy sauce together and mix well.
4.) Put in the remaining oil from frying shallots and dry shrimps to the mixed sauces, stir to combine.
5.) Take the Tofu out from the steamer and pour away the excess water.
6.) Pour the mixed sauces over the Tofu, garnish with spring onion and chili.
7.) Serve in hot.

This Asian style silken tofu with black bean sauce is absolutely delicious and super easy to make! It taste really good with some hot steamed rice.
Ingredients:
1 package soft tofu (300g)
1 tbsp black bean, finely chopped
25g ginger, thinly sliced
1-2 tbsp cooking oil
For toppings:
More fresh ginger for toppings (optional)
1 tbsp chopped scallions
Sauce ingredients:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp shaoxing wine
Method:
1.) Transfer the silken tofu to a heatproof plate. Steam about 5 minutes.
2.) Mix together all the sauce ingredients and set aside.
3.) Heat 1-2 tbsp oil, sauté ginger till fragrant. Add in the black bean. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
4.) Add in the sauce mixture, cook till the sauce is thicken.
5.) Remove excess liquid from the steamed silken tofu. Pour the sauce over the silken tofu, tol with chopped scallions.
6.) Serve with hot steamed rice and enjoy.

Ingredients for Tofu in Black Beans Sauce
4 blocks Firm Tofu / Tokya
1/4 cup Fermented Black Beans / Tausi
4 cups Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 cloves Garlic
1 medium Onion
3 to 4 steams Onion Leeks
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 spoon full Corn Starch
1 to 2 cups Water
100 ml Cooking Oil
