Ingredients:
2 tbs butter
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup red, yellow and green bell peppers
2 cups overnight soaked and boiled kidney beans/rajma
1/4 cup boiled sweet corn
2 tbs jalapeno
Salt to taste
1 tsp cumin powder
3 tbs tomato ketchup
1 tsp tabasco
To assemble:
Lettuce shreds 1 cup
8 to 10 taco shells

For Taco shells:
Cornmeal (makki ka atta) - 1/2 Cup
All-Purpose Flour (maida) - 1/4 Cup
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric (haldi) Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Refined oil - 1 Tsp
Water - less than 1/2 Cup
For salsa/salad:
Tomatoes(chopped) - 1/2 Cup
Boiled corn - 1/4 Cup
Cucumber (chopped) - 1/4 Cup
Spring Onions (chopped) - 1/4 Cup
Fresh Coriander (chopped) - a handful
Pickled Jalapeno peppers (chopped) - 3 Tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1 Tsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Crushed black pepper - 1/4 Tsp
Dry Kashmiri Red Chilies & regular red chilies - 5-6 each
Garlic - 8- 10 Cloves
Salt -1 Tsp
Black Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Sugar - 1.5 Tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 Tsp
Vinegar - 1 Tsp
Extra virgin olive oil/ refined oil - 2 Tsp
Water - 3-4 Tbsp
Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
For garlic sauce:
Hung curd - 4-5 Tbsp
Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
Garlic (crushed) - 6-8 cloves
Lemon - 1.5 Tsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Black pepper (crushed) - 1/4 Tsp
Sugar - 1/4 Tsp
For Rajma Chili :
Cooking oil - 2 Tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp
Onion (chopped) - 2 Medium
Tomatoes (chopped) - 2 Medium
Green Chilies (chopped) – 2
Garlic (crushed) - 8-10 Cloves
Salt - 1 Tsp
Tomato (pureed) - 2 medium
Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 Tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1 Tsp
Boiled Kidney beans (rajma) - 2.5 cups
Taco Seasoning - 2 Tsp

Black bean tacos
Crispy Black Bean Tacos | Recipe ⬇️
Ingredients:
* Black beans
* Tortilla (corn or flour)
* Onion
* Garlic
* Red bell pepper
* Fresh chili or jalapeno
* Seasoning (such as cumin, chili powder, or a Mexican spice blend)
* Chipotle paste or paprika paste
* Vegan cheese
Instructions:
1. Rinse and drain the black beans.
2. In a pan, sauté finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced red bell pepper until softened.
3. Add the black beans to the pan and cook for a few minutes until heated through.
4. Stir in your choice of seasoning.
5. If desired, add some chopped fresh chili or jalapeno for extra heat.
6. Add chipotle paste or paprika paste into the bean mixture, stir and mash roughly.
7. Fill the tortillas with the bean mixture and some cheese.
8. Brush them with some oil and bake in the oven at 200C/400F for 15-20 mins or until golden brown and crispy.
9. Serve your crispy black bean tacos with your favorite toppings like salsa, guacamole, or chopped cilantro and enjoy :)

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 (15-ounce) can of black beans, drained and rinsed
• 4 cloves garlic
• 1 chipotle in adobo sauce, optional
• 1 tsp each: cumin, ancho chili powder
• ½ tsp each: salt, pepper, garlic powder
• ¼ tsp cayenne powder, optional
• Vegetable oil, for frying
• 6 tortillas
• ½ cup shredded cheese
• Shredded lettuce
• Salsa or Pico de Gallo
• Fresh lime wedges, for serving, optiona
Place the black beans, garlic, chipotle pepper, and seasonings in a food processor, and pulse until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings, if necessary. Spread a few tablespoons of the black bean mixture into each tortilla, followed by 1 to 2 tablespoons of the cheese. Fold in half and set aside. Heat a couple teaspoons of the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Working in batches, fry the tacos until golden and crispy, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Fill each taco with lettuce and serve with your favorite salsa and fresh lime wedges, and enjoy!
