2 cups cooked white rice
2-3 tbsps low sodium soy sauce
1-2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1-2 tbsps hoison sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 cup frozen peas and carrots

Chicken Mongolian with Fried Rice
Serves 4-5

Ingredients:
Prepare Mongolian Chicken:
-Boneless chicken julienne cut 400g
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Adrak (Ginger) chopped ½ tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
-Soy sauce 2-3 tbs
-Hot sauce 1 tbs
-Brown sugar powdered 2 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Water ½ Cup or as required
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Water ¼ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 medium
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped ½ Cup
-Water ½ Cup (if required)
-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) ½ tbs
-Safed til (Sesame seeds) 1 tsp
Prepare Fried Rice:
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part chopped ½ Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Soy sauce 2 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Gajar (Carrot) julienne ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) sliced ½ Cup
-Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded ½ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 tsp
-Chawal (Rice) 300g (boiled with salt)
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped ½ Cup
Directions:
Prepare Mongolian Chicken:
-In a bowl,add chicken,soy sauce,black pepper powder,salt,cornflour & mix well,cover & marinate for 25-30 minutes.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,marinated chicken,mix well & cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes then cook on high flame for 3-4 minutes until crispy & golden brown & set aside.
-In the same wok,add cooking oil,ginger,garlic & mix well.
-Add soy sauce,hot sauce & mix well.
-Add brown sugar & mix well.
-Add red chilli crushed,black pepper powder & mix well.
-Add water & mix well.
-Add salt & mix well.
-In cornflour,add water and whisk well.
-In a wok,add dissolved cornflour,mix well and cook until sauce is thick.
-Add capsicum,green onion leaves & mix well.
-Add water and mix well.
-Add sesame oil & mix well.
-Add fried chicken & mix well.
-Sprinkle sesame seeds.
Prepare Fried Rice:
-In a wok,add cooking oil,ginger,garlic & mix well.
-Add green onion white part & mix well.
-Add whisked eggs,mix well & cook until scrambled.
-Add soy sauce & mix well.
-Add black pepper powder & mix well.
-Add carrots,capsicum,cabbage,salt,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add sesame oil and mix well.
-Add boiled rice & mix well.
-Add green onion leaves and mix well.
-Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion leaves.
-Serve fried rice with Chicken Mongolian.

-Karahi mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per 3-4 minutes ya crispy & golden brown ho janay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.
-Us he karahi mein cooking oil,adrak aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Soy sauce aur hot sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix kerin.
-Brown sugar dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Lal mirch crushed aur klai mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Cornflour mein pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Karahi mein dissolved cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein.
-Shimla mirch aur hara pyaz leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Til ka tel dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Fried chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Safed til ko upper sa chirak dein.
Prepare Fried Rice:
-Karahi mein cooking oil,adrak aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hara pyaz white part dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Whisked anday dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur scrambled hunay tak paka lein.
-Soy sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Gajar,shimla mirch,band gobhi aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Ti ka tel dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.

CHICKEN STIR FRY RECIPE | QUICK AND EASY CHICKEN STIR FRY | STIR FRY CHICKEN
30 Minute Chicken Stir Fry | Chicken Stir Fry Recipe | Stir Fry Chicken | Chicken Stir Fry | Chicken Stir Fry With Vegetables | Quick And Easy Chicken Stir Fry | Stir Fry Chicken Recipe | How To Make Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry:
Prep Time - 15 mins
Cooking Time - 15 mins
(Tsp-Teaspoon; Tbsp-Tablespoon)
- Boneless Chicken - 1 lb or 450 gms (cut into bite sized pieces)
Seasoning for the Chicken:
- Salt- 1/2 tsp
- White Pepper Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Dark Soy Sauce- 1/2 tsp
Vegetables:
- Broccoli florets- 2 US cup measure (100 gms)
- Carrots, sliced- 1 US cup measure (90 gms)
- Red Bell Pepper- 1 US cup measure (90 gms)
- Yellow Bell Pepper- 1 US cup measure (90 gms)
- Garlic, chopped- 2 tsp (around 4 cloves)
- Ginger, chopped- 1.5 tsp
Stir Fry Sauces:
- Chicken Stock- 1/4 cup (can use readymade low sodium chicken broth/stock too)
- Dark Soy Sauce- 2.5 tsp
- Red Chilli Sauce- 3 tsp
- Honey- 1 tbsp
- Corn slurry- 2 tsp corn flour/starch (Mixed in 1 tbsp water)
- Sesame Oil- 2 tsp
Other Ingredients:
- Oil- 2-3 tbsp
- Salt- to season
- Pepper Powder- 1/4 tsp
Preparation:
Cut the boneless chicken into bite sized pieces.
Take out the broccoli florets, cut the carrots into slices and the red & yellow peppers into cubes.
Also peel and chop the garlic and ginger.
Process:
- Heat oil in a wok and add the chicken pieces. Give a stir for 30 secs and then add salt & white pepper powder to season the chicken.
- Now stir fry on high heat for around 2-3 mins and then add 1/2 tsp Dark Soy Sauce. Give a mix and continue to stir fry on high heat for another 2-3 mins till the water has completely dried up and the chicken is fried and browned.
- Remove and set aside on a plate.
- In the same oil, add the chopped garlic & ginger. Give a stir for 15 secs and then add the sliced carrots and cubed red & yellow peppers. Mix and stir fry on high heat for 1 minute before adding the broccoli florets. Also add salt to season (a pinch) and 1/4 tsp pepper powder. Give a mix and continue to stir fry on high heat for 2 mins.
- Now add the sautéed chicken pieces and give a mix on high heat for 1 minute.
- Add the Dark Soy Sauce, Chicken broth, Red Chilli Sauce and honey. Give a mix and stir fry on high heat for around 2 mins till the sauce has nearly dried up.
- Now add the corn slurry and the sesame oil, give a mix and continue to stir fry on high heat for 1 min till all the sauce has dried up and coats the chicken and vegetables.
