How To make Chicken In Honeyed Tomatoes
6 boned and skinned chicken breasts,
about 2
pounds salt and pepper, :
to taste 3 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, :
minced
1 can (28oz) plum tomatoes, drained and chopped
1/2 cup dry white wine
6 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves, :
crushed
1 cup pitted black olives, -- halved
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Flatten chicken breasts slightly by pounding them between 2 pieces of waxed paper. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Working in batches, cook breasts about 3 minutes per side, until browned. Remove and keep warm. In same skillet, cook onion and garlic until soft, about 3 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, wine, honey, thyme and tarragon. Simmer sauce for about 15 minutes, or until thick. Return chicken to sauce, Cover and cook another 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. 2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp honey
1 tsp dry garlic
1 tsp mustard

1/2 tsp dry basil

Chicken Thighs with Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce
*Ingredients*
chicken, chicken thigh, chili, fresh coriander, honey, lime, paprika powder, red wine, salt, soy sauce, sun-dried tomato, vegetable oil, worcestershire sauce, meat
*Recipe*
Place the chicken thighs on a wooden board and chop them in about 0.4 inch (1 cm) thick slices.
Heat a skillet, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and start frying the chicken.
Season it with salt and paprika powder and shred lime zest.
Add the soy sauce and the dried tomatoes while stirring in the pan.
Slice 1 red chili and add it in the pan with the Worcestershire sauce, the red wine and the honey.
Bring to a boil and let it simmer, until the sauce thickens.
Before you take it out of the skillet, add a few coriander leaves.
Turn off the heat and serve.

3 (250g-300g Each) Large Chicken Breast, Butterflied & Halved
2 Tbsp (28g) - Unsalted Butter
1 - Small Brown Onion, Diced
5 - Garlic Cloves, Minced or Grated
1/3 Cup (80ml) - White Wine (Substitute With Chicken Stock)
3/4 Cup (180ml) - Chicken or Vegetable Stock
1/2 Cup (100g) - Sun-Dried Tomatoes
1 Tbsp (20g) - Dijon Mustard
1 Cup (250ml) - Thickened Cream (Whipping or Double Cream)
20g (0.7oz) - Parmesan Cheese, Freshly Grated
5g (0.2oz) - Thyme, Roughly Chopped
5g (0.2oz) - Oregano, Roughly Chopped
1 tsp (2g) - Dried Chilli Flakes
1 Cup (15g) - Fresh Basil Leaves, Roughly Picked
Seasoning to Taste
If you wish to use dried herbs instead of fresh use 1 tsp each of dried.
For chicken thighs instead of chicken breast, sear the chicken for 6 minutes on each side
