How To make Chicken, Pepper and Tomatoes (Mf)
4 large skinless boneless chicken breast halves
tenders
removed 1/4 cup olive oil
1 red bell pepper :
thinly julienned
1 carrot peeled and thinly julienned
1 stalk celery thinly julienned
1 clove garlic thinly sliced
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 cup italian canned plum tomatoes :
cut into strips
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Heat the olive oil, in a large skillet, over medium high heat. Add the chicken and saute for 2 minutes a side to add some color. Remove the chicken to a plate.
Add the bell pepper, carrot, celery and garlic to the skillet and saute, stirring continuously, for about 2 minutes or until the vegetables begin to get tender. Add the white wine and evaporate. Add the tomatoes, return the chicken on top. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 to 8 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Remove the chicken and set over the warm rice salad. Adjust seasoning of the pan sauce and spoon over the top.

~What you'll need~
Chicken:
500g Chicken Breast cut into halves, at room temp
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tbsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1/4 tbsp Salt
1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
Pasta
500g any pasta type you like
200ml Heavy/Double Cream
3 cubes Chicken Stock melted in 200ml hot water
80ml White grape juice
1/2 cup Parmesan, finely grated
14 Sun Dried Tomatoes, finely diced
3 tbsp Tomato Puree (tomato paste in US) (I use it with ricotta)
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, finely diced (for garnish)
1 medium Onion, finely diced
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tbsp sriracha
Salt & Pepper, to taste

WELCOME TO SUNEETHA KITCHENS;
TODAY'S RECIPE-CHICKEN LIVER PEPPER FRY
INGREDIENTS;
chicken liver-300grms
red chilley powder-1.5tbs
corriender powder-1tbs
garam masala powder-1tbs
taste to salt
black pepper powder-1/4tbs(optional)
green chillies-3sliced
oil-2tbs
pepper powder-1tbs
PREPARATION METHOD FOR CHICKEN LIVER PEPPER FRY;
MARINATION PRROCESS;
take a mixing bowl,add chicken liver & all the ingredients except oil,mix it well.
all ingredients are mix well & keep aside for minimum 20mins.
PROCESS;
heat a kadi with 2tbs of oil,once the oil is heated,add chicken live & fry into 5mins on MF.
next add fresh curry leaves to it & again cook into 3mins on MF.
check the salt levels & add 1tbs of black pepper powder & add fresh corriender leaves & again cook in 5mins on MF.
NOTE;liver fry is cook in MF.
tasty & healthy chicken liver pepper fry is done.
