INGREDIENTS:
* 1lb shrimp, any size
* Olive oil for cooking
* 5-6 tbsp butter
* 4 smashed garlic cloves
* 1 tsp all-purpose seasoning or regular sea salt
* 1/2 cup orange juice
* juice of 1/2 a lime (optional. Sub for dry white wine)
* 1 chopped onion
* 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
* 1tbsp sofrito (optional)
* black pepper to taste
Note: you may add a bit of fresh water in case the liquid mixture is too low or is too concentrated to your taste.
