How To make CRAB RANGOON
Ingredients
8
oz
cream cheese
6
oz
crab meat, can, drained and flaked
2
each
green onions, with tops, thinly sliced
1
each
clove garlic, minced
2
teaspoon
worcestershire sauce
1/2
teaspoon
soy sauce, light
1
pk
wonton skins, (48)
1
vegetable spray coating
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except won ton skins and spray
coating; mix until well blended. (To prevent won ton skins from drying
out, prepare one or two rangoon at a time.)
Place 1 tsp filling in center of each won ton skin. Moisten
edges with water; fold in half to form triangle, pressing edges to
seal. Pull bottom corners down and overlap slightly; moisten one
corner and press to seal.
Lightly spray baking sheet with vegetable
coating. Arrange rangoon on sheet and lightly spray to coat. Bake in
425 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot
with sweet-sour sauce or mustard sauce.
Makes 48 appetizers.

rather than bake it in the oven.)

It’s CRAB RANGOON
— I wanted to keep this recipe simple, but feel free to add more seasonings if you’d like!
Alternative ingredients: soy sauce, green onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, sriracha, Japanese mayo, etc.

Serving size: 15 pieces
Ingredients
- 1 block (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp sugar
- pinch of salt
- 6 crab sticks, roughly chopped (you can substitute lump crab as well)
- 15 wonton wrappers + side of water
Instructions
1. Add the cream cheese, sugar and salt to a bowl and mix until smooth. You can use cream cheese straight out of the refrigerator, but it will be more difficult to mix. That’s why I let it sit out until it’s come to room temperature.
2. Roughly chop the crab and add it to the bowl. Mix again.
3. Lay out your wonton skins and add a tablespoon of filling in the middle. You don’t want too much and you don’t want too little in order for these to have a nice shape. A tablespoon is the perfect amount. Pinch together the opposite ends, then do the same for the remaining two. Then, pinch the four sides and make sure not to leave any gaps. You don’t want the filling to seep out when cooking!
4. Deep fry for about 1 minute until golden brown. You can alternatively brush/spay with oil and air fry.
— I used corn oil to fry these, but you can also use canola or vegetable oil
Serve with sweet chili sauce & enjoy!

So, this is an updated recipe from last year. I added a lot more ingredients and used real crabmeat instead of imitation. Feel free to alter the ingredients to your taste & what you have on hand. Crab rangoon is extremely versatile and tastes amazing with pretty much anything you add :)
