How To make Buttermilk Honey Bread
1 Envelope dry yeast or 1 cake
-fresh yeast 3/4 c Warm or lukewarm water
1 ts Honey
5 3/4 To 6 1/4 cups all-purpose
-flour or bread flour 1 1/2 c Lukewarm buttermilk (95 F)
3 tb Honey
2 tb (1/4 stick) unsalted butter,
-melted and cooled 1 tb Salt
Makes 2 oval loaves Sprinkle dry yeast over warm water (105 - 115 F) in small bowl. Add 1 tsp honey and stir to dissolve. If using cake yeast, crumble yeast into small bowl. Stir in lukewarm water (95 F) and 1 tsp honey. Let stand until foamy, about 10 minutes. Combine 2 cups flour, buttermilk, 3 Tbs honey, butter and salt in large bowl. Add yeast mixture and whisk until smooth, about 3 minutes. Using wooden spoon, mix in enough remaining flour 1/2 cup at a time until dough is too stiff to stir. Knead on floured surface until dough is smooth and satiny, kneading in more flour if sticky, about 10 minutes. Grease large bowl. Add dough, turning to coat entire surface. Cover bowl with plastic. Let rise in warm draft-free area until doubled, about 1 1/2 hours. Grease 2 baking sheets. Gently knead dough on lightly floured surface until deflated. Cut dough in half. Knead each piece into round. Pull 2 opposite sides unde to form oval. Place on prepared sheets, seam side down. Cover with towel. Let rise in warm draft-free area until doubled, about 45 minutes. Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 375 F. Bake until brown and loaves sound hollow when tapped on bottom, about 45 minutes. Immediately transfer to racks. Cool completely before slicing. The best buttermilk cornbread recipe ever
Combine dry ingredients
In a big bowl combine
1-1/2 Cups Of Cornmeal
1/2 Cup Of All-Purpose Flour
1 to 1-1/4 Cup Of White Sugar
1 Tsp Of Baking Powder
1 Tsp of Salt
Combine liquid ingredients
In a big bowl combine
1 Cup Of Buttermilk
2 Battered Eggs
1 Stick Of Melted Butter
1/3 Cup Of Vegetable Oil
3 Tbs Of Honey
Stir in until well blended
Mix the dry and wet ingredients together
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Allow the oven to heat up for 10 minutes before adding the cornbread batter
Bake until it is dry fork done(being able to stick the toothpick through the cornbread without anything coming off.

Hey guys today is all about buttermilk bread or I should call this dessert bread. This buttermilk bread is great when you need some carbs and you really don’t have time to make a loaf of bread. It’s slightly sweet, has a creamy buttermilk flavor from the full fat buttermilk (I never recommend using anything else) and just great to eat warm with butter and honey or even jam or Nutella. It’s so soft and delicious, definitely not your typical loaf of bread because there is no yeast in it. The ingredients are simple, the bread comes together super-fast and it’s all around amazing.

????Lazy Man Buttermilk Bread Recipe | Quick and Easy
2 cups (200 g) all-purpose flour
½ cup (96 g) sugar
1 ½ teaspoons (6 g) baking powder
½ teaspoon (2 g) baking soda
1 teaspoon (5 g) salt
1 cup full fat buttermilk
1 large egg
¼ cup (55 g) unsalted butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (177 C). Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium mixing bowl. In a separate bowl whisk melted butter with the buttermilk and the egg.
Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry ingredients. Gently fold all the ingredients until all the flour has been incorporated and a shaggy, wet batter is formed. Do not over mix the batter!
Add the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing and slicing. Enjoy!

Recipe:
1 package of active dry yeast or 2-1/4 teaspoons
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup water
1 egg + 2 egg yolks
1/4 cup melted butter + 2 more tablespoons for brushing rolls
1 teaspoon sugar for yeast + 2-1/2 tablespoons for dough
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3-1/3 cups bread flour + more for rolling dough
