1/2 c Olive oil 2 ea Onions, chopped 4 ea Garlic cloves 2 lb Runner beans, trimmed & -- sliced 1 lb Tomatoes, chopped 1 tb Sugar 1 ts Salt 1/2 ts Black pepper 1 ts Basil 2 c Stock Heat oil in a pot & fry the onion for 2 minutes. add garlic & fry together.
